Alltech was recommended to us as our tankless hot water heater was not working. They sent a tech named Alex who was responsive to our needs. He was very knowledgeable and diligently worked to solve the problem and get the part needed ASAP. So good to have hot water again!

Making the appointment was easy. I was disappointed that my technician arrived 40 min after the scheduled time slot with no communication, but he was able to diagnose and fix the problem pretty quickly once he got here.

Alltech was recommended by a neighbor, and I'm very happy with the result, so I'm paying it on. The new AC system works perfectly, and John has been very responsive to questions and issues.

I'll use Alltech for all HVAC needs. They are always very quick to set up an appointment, show up on time, and do a great job. Each tech has been extremely knowledgeable and professional.

This company and it's employees are the reason I use small owned businesses. From start to finish, Joe, John, Alex and Rick to include the office staff were amazing. I have called them on two separate occasions and both times they were here quickly to address my AC issue. I find everyone at Alltech to be very professional and what I liked most was that they were willing to try simple fixes before suggesting costly replacements. The last time that they were here my unit was leaking inside and instead of suggesting to replace the coil, they cleaned it out along with a drainage clog. I have worked with other companies in the past where they suggested replacement before trying to repair what I had. I am very satisfied with the service I received!

Alltech is the best! They do great work for a great price. John, Emily and the team are all super responsive, knowledgable, professional and personable. They saved us when our home's boiler died in zero degree weather and when our HVAC needed replacing at our rental. I will never go anywhere else for our HVAC needs!

Alltech HVAC replaced my furnace and central air with in a day of my accepting their estimate, I was given this prioritized service due to my AC not working and the outside temperature was in the mid 80’s. I had gotten two other estimates from other contractors and was given a window of 7 to 14 days for installation.
This was my first time using Alltech and they treated me like family, could not be more pleased.

We had Alltech HVAC out to replace a 23 year old furnace and a broken AC unit.
The AC unit needed a new compressor and was not worth replacing due to the age so we had Alltech HVAC come out.
They were prompt responses on the phone and through email for scheduling.
They gave us a reasonable quote for Amana units with excellent warranties and reviews.

We decided to get the units installed.
With the current lock down state they came out with masks and gloves and used all precautions necessary.
They removed the old furnace and AC without any damage to the home and installed the new units the same day.
They worked with the city inspector at Rolling Meadows the same day as well. I should have mentioned that they pulled the permits and worked with the city through the whole process.

The AC unit needed to be charged since it was not above 70 degrees. Once temperatures were at that level they came back out, charged the unit and worked with the city for the final inspection.

Excellent job and I would highly recommend them for any heating and cooling work you need.
Honestly, I'm glad I finally found a reliable and responsible company to work with.

Alltech is the best HVAC company on the Northwest Side of Chicago, I used two companies before finding Alltech and I will never use a different company. Prompt service, extremely fair prices and no fee to show up to your house. When someone from Alltech comes to your house for a job not only do they do the job they came in for but also check on all the work they did for you in the past. Great people and a great company.
