A & M Heating and Cooling

I had a great experience with the A&M! I was worried that I was going to have to replace my furnace. Luis was on-time and very reassuring that he could fix it. He was able to fix my furnace and make sure I was all set for the winter. I will definitely be using A&M again.

We had a fantastic experience with the A&M! Our heater broke and not only they were able to go check on it right away, they were prepared to fix everything on the same day. Throughout the process, the level of communication was stellar. Marci called to ensure that we understood the process and the costs, and also made sure we were happy with the job after it was completed. The engineer walked us through the work that needed to be done and clearly explained the options we had. It was the smoothest repair experience we had in years, and we strongly recommend it to all. They have also been in business for 30+ years, and that to us is another sign of quality.

They are the only group I call. They are responsive and I feel they are looking out for my best interest. Prices are good and the customer service is exceptional.

I have been a customer of A & M for more than a decade and am going to be a customer for life. I’ve relied on them for everything related to HVAC including repairing, installing and maintaining my air conditioning and heating systems. I also installed an air purifier as a recommendation to possibly alleviate sinus infections and the unit they installed did indeed do that, and more. Al, Marci and Luis are fantastic. They are helpful and always answer the call. They are professional, on time and in constant communication. They are knowledgeable, immediately solve problems and find solutions. Above everything, they are honest and I trust them implicitly.

I called A&M to get a second opinion after a different company said I needed to replace my furnace. A&M was able to get technician out the same day. He was able to repair the furnace, saving me a lot of money. Great experience from the initial phone call through the repair. They’re first on my list to call if anything future issues come up!

One of the hottest days in May ever and the AC wasn't working. I started calling places with no luck until I talked to A&M. I explained what was going on and was told possibly after 5pm someone could be there. Phone call came noonish and they were on their way.
Super friendly, knowledgeable, very fast and affordable. They have a customer for life and will recommend them to anyone. In addition to the fact they are local.

Outstanding service! Both of the technicians were knowledgeable and courteous. Reasonable rates. Other companies would probably charge twice the price!! Marci…who I believe is the woman in charge…is the best!! I would highly recommend A & M for all your HVAC problems and maintenance as well.

Was very happy with everything! 10 out of 10! Marci, AL and the service technician were great. I had a new draft inducer and whole home humidifier installed. I have used ABC heating in the past and A&M’s pricing is more reasonable. They are licensed, bonded, and insured. Also, did a nice job cleaning up. Will be my top choice for any future heating & cooling needs. Very nice people and honest family business. Thanks again!

I called on a Sunday and they came and had our heater up and working that day! Great service- upfront pricing and quick!
