What a great experience throughout!!!! We had TWO furnaces go out at the same time. Different reasons, but both were shut down by the home warranty vendor. After much back-and-forth we knew we weren't getting anywhere. We called WeatherWise Heating & Cooling and IMMEDIATELY were connected with the owner who took time away from a personal vacation to discuss our problem. With cold weather fast approaching, we were dreading some very cold nights. WeatherWise assessed our needs based on photos we sent to the owner, and the very next day we had an installer visit to confirm what was needed. ONE DAY after that - TWO INSTALLED NEW FURNACES! Great job WeatherWise! And especially a big thank you to Michael our installer. He was informative, knowledgeable, fast and clean. I am a very picky customer when it comes to dealing with the trades, but I was extremely satisfied with the entire process and outcomes from WeatherWise. I would HIGHLY recommend WeatherWise to family and friends.

From start to finish this was a excellent customer experience. Frank showed up exactly when he said he would and made very clear our options and pricing. The installation team was professional, polite and did an outstanding job. No one likes it when the heating or cooling system dies, but WeatherWise will make you having to replace your systems a pain free and pleasant experience. Also they are locally owned and operated. We had an issue (Turned out to be the Filter I installed. Frank's guys were out first thing in the morning and had the problem diagnosed with in minutes, so not only top notch sales and installation, add Top Notch in the service area as well. Frank was very communicative with the quote and was able to beat rest all the quote that I got and the hvac was installed on time as promised. Tyler did a great job at installation and the place was spotless after work. Great work!!!

I was put in touch with WeatherWise through my home warranty company, and I couldn't be happier! Frank from WeatherWise came to my home on a Saturday afternoon, to assess the situation. I was informed at that time that I needed a new furnace. I was quoted a very fair price, and the new furnace was installed before 1:00pm on Monday. Removal and installation, with modifications, were done quickly and professionally without any problems. Thank you WeatherWise, Frank, Jeff (installer), and their entire staff!

My furnace and Air Conditioner install was a great experience. It went smoothly, thanks to the great guys at Weatherwise. Frank, Mike and Brandon were professional and courteous. I had WeatherWise replace my full Furnace/AC system with humidifier and condensate pump. They were competitively priced, right on time, courteous, neat, provided a very clean professional install, and cleaned up after themselves. They fixed a lot of issues caused by the poorly installed previous unit and even the water heater. New unit works great and I am very happy with the whole experience.

Our family experienced frozen pipes in & outside and our air conditioner was not blowing cold air to its full potential. I spoke with Brandon and explained at which point he very politely and professionally guided me through potential issues. He was very pleasant and inviting to communicate with and assured me that help was on its way the same day! Tommy promptly serviced our air conditioner and we had freezing cold air again! Please don’t waste your time calling other companies - these gentlemen know exactly how to treat people and provide professionalism from beginning to the end.

To start off, Frank came out and gave me an amazing quote for a new AC and Furnace, which beat out my other 3 quotes. The American Standard brand he sells is much higher quality and his business stands behind it. The installers installed everything professionally and cleaned up afterwards. They explained everything and also answered all my questions for me. My only problem was my NEST Thermostat didn’t work properly with the new AC but the installers told me to replace the 4 wire thermostat wire with a 5 wire and I can keep the NEST. So it took me about 20 min to run a new 5 wire and everything worked PERFECTLY! Great company and amazing service! Thank You everyone at WeatherWise!

WeatherWise was EXCELLENT!
Our furnace stopped working unexpectedly. They responded by coming out the same day. Frank (the owner and technician) was upfront about likely needing a replacement but he would try to replace a part to get us heat in the mean-time. After it was determined that our furnace was condemn-able for several reasons Frank discussed new furnace options with us. He was upfront with cost options, benefits of different furnaces, etc.
After making a decision to replace the furnace with a new humidifier added he promptly scheduled the install for the next day.
Brandon confirmed timing and invoicing through email. Jeff and Doug arrived on time, were courteous, friendly, willing to answer questions, and very kind to my curious dogs and curious children. They completed the install in the projected amount of time, and even left my basement floor cleaner than when then started. I would recommend this family-owned local business to any homeowner!
