I called WeatherWise last month needing HVAC maintenance asap for a home inspection. An appointment was scheduled a couple days out. Tommy arrived on time and was courteous. He patiently explained the process and completed the maintenance in a timely manner. I called Weatherwise again to service the HVAC system on a house we just bought. Tommy, again, took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find the main water shut off on our new house. We are going to join the WeatherWis club and will use them in near future to install a new hot water heater. Call them, you won't regret it!

Can't praise this company enough - would give 10 stars if I could! Frank and his company are always on time for appointments, great communication, very reasonable prices, super knowledgeable and skilled, and I wouldn't use any other company. Over last several years they have done service, replaced furnace and a/c, installed new humidifier, etc - every single time they do a super job and I have no worries! I can't say that about many contractors - but you can have confidence when you call Weatherwise!

I was very impressed with the response I received from Weatherwise. I submitted my request to a variety of HVAC suppliers on Christmas weekend, and Weatherwise, especially my contact, Frank stood out with their desire for my business. Frank and I texted back and forth for much of the weekend, before I made my decision Sunday to go with Weatherwise 2 days later! Installation on Tuesday went off smoothly, as the team was very thorough and helpful. They finished in a tad under 4 hours, and I had a brand new furnace/humidifier. DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC needs. Will give them 1st shot when I look to replace out AC this summer. *UPDATE 6/21/21*

Frank and his team took care of our family quickly, which was needed with cold weather coming. We appreciate the customer service and respect we get from working with Weatherwise. This is our 3rd system (two houses) and we highly recommended this team should your home need service.

Update: Just recently they installed a Hot Water Heater & maintenance my ac & furnace. Everything was done in a timely & professional manner. Cost was acceptable.
I got a mailing for a promotion & contacted them to see if they were still honoring their promotion and was told they still were until the end of January. Frank, the owner came out & we setup an appointment for Feb 4th. I ended up having a new HVAC system installed the end of January, beginning of Feb 2019. All questions answered. They worked with me around my work schedule. Appointment was set up for a Friday at 8:30am to remove &install everything inside. They arrived a few minutes early. They left everything clean. On Monday, ( while I was at work) they installed my AC. They honored their promotion. Timely, honorable & courteous service.

We called Weatherwise Heating and Air Cooling on June 2nd 2021 at 6pm and they returned my call promptly and made an appointment for the next afternoon to service my AC which of course stopped on the hottest day of the year so far. Our service technician was Tommy John who was polite, professional and diagnosed our problem in short order and had our HVAC system up and running within an hour. I have been using their service for several years and have always had a five star experience. I highly recommend their service.

I trust WeatherWise completely. As a new, first-time homeowner, I gained a great education on all things HVAC from WeatherWise. The inspection of my old furnace was very thorough and the technician even showed me what I needed to know about the ducts in my crawl space. And when it came time to install the new furnace, the technicians were amazingly precise in the challengingly tight area (basically a closet) where my furnace and water heater are located. They replaced rusted ductwork and set my new furnace and humidifier up beautifully. WeatherWise should teach a clinic on customer service and satisfaction. Everyone I’ve worked with or spoken with has been relaxed, professional, attentive and responsive. I’ll be using them with confidence from here out and would recommend them to anyone!

Weatherwise was AMAZING! Brandon called me right away and had Tommy come out a few hours later. Tommy was able to find out the issue and schedule a replacement the next day. The team installed the new furnace fast and were so quiet! They even installed my new thermostat. I won’t look anywhere else for any of my HVAC needs!

Weatherwise is amazing. I can tell you that these guys really know what they are doing, they are priced very fair, and treat you like friends and family. Of all the service companies I have dealt with in my time they are by far the best. Frank, on behalf of my family and my self we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your service. A new furnace 2 days before -25 degree temps is a huge relief. Thanks again and we will see you next fall for service.

Their entire group of professionals have always been responsive and professional. They’re honest and do a great job. We use them for general maintenance and recently had a new central humidifier installed. Always a pleasure to recommend them to others as well!
