My furnace went out and I called WeatherWise Heating & Cooling after reading some Google reviews. Shortly after calling they had a service technician come out and assess the situation. The tech mentioned that there was a considerable amount of Carbon Monoxide being emitted from the burner and that it was not safe to use. We agreed to replace the 20+ year old furnace with a new one. They came out shortly after that to install a new one. Ever since then, the furnace has been working great with no issues. They were timely, professional and informative throughout the service. I would highly recommend them to anyone that’s looking for an HVAC/AC service.

We love our new Carrier air conditioner and furnace system that WeatherWise installed for us. The entire staff was professional, knowledgeable, and super friendly. We look forward to using them for maintenance in the future, and any repair work we may need. Thank you WeatherWise!

Absolutely outstanding experience using Weather Wise H&C. Their tech was extremely nice and was in and out for our installation. I highly recommend this business for all your HVAC needs.

I had Weatherwise come to my house to replace a Bradley-White water heater that was still within its warranty period. I told them to bring a water heater with them since it was leaking. They stated that they need a service technician to verify the leak and there was $95 dollar charge that would be applied towards any labor costs for the replacement. I gave them specific instructions to call me before leaving my home since my wife was the one who met with the technician Tom. Not only did they leave before calling me, but they made my wife pay them $95 on the spot and did not replace the leaking water heater. The technician called me from his truck and explained that the warranty was void since I did not have Weatherwise perform annual service visits. I researched the warranty and found this not to true and contacted the owner Frank who refused to call me back. I had the water heater replaced under warranty by Althoff. Weatherwise is a scam outfit who refuses to honor their manufactures warranties and doesn't have the decency to call their customers back when they are caught in a lie. DO NOT DO BUSINESSS WITH THIS COMPANY! Frank, you have my number but I am still waiting for your call. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Signed, John Spratt

Response: Weatherwise refused to replace the tank under the manufacturers 6 year warranty. I was willing to pay for the labor. The tech did not call me prior to leaving because I had to call him as he was driving to the next service call. Honestly, why would I have Althoff replace the tank if you allegedly offered to cover it under warranty? I stand by my words.

WeatherWise installed our furnace and air conditioner just 21 months ago, yet when the furnace failed due to a faulty circuit board, they claimed the manufacturer’s five-year warranty was no longer valid because we did not use them to provide annual maintenance. They provided no service reminder and no follow-up on the original installation, and the warranty document that came with the furnace says the furnace is warranted for five years from installation. The repair cost more than $800. WeatherWise’s response is unprofessional. They do not stand by the products they sell.

WeatherWise did a fantastic job on installing our new furnace/AC & a warranty replacement water heater. Our previous furnace was in pretty bad shape and was reaching end of of life at around 19 years. We shopped around pretty thoroughly and received several bids for the new equipment and installation. Their pricing was very competitive and the longer labor warranty gave us some added peace of mind that they stand by their work.

Frank was extremely knowledgeable and was more than happy to explain everything in detail and made sure I knew all of the options available that would fit our budget. We had talked several times and he had come out to double check the scope and logistics for the installation and make sure I was comfortable with the whole process. He was very prompt with all of his communication via email/phone/text.

Frank and his crew were very punctual and kept me in the loop throughout the whole install process. Mike handled the furnace install portion and it was easy to see that he is very talented and professional with his work and attention to detail. Afterwards, they did a startup on all of the equipment and made sure everything was operating properly and that I was completely satisfied with the finished product. I was extremely impressed with the quality of the installation and am enjoying equipment that we decided to go with.

Overall, I am extremely happy with WeatherWise and would recommend that you consider them should you need service or are looking for new equipment.

Everything about the experience with Weather Wise was great. Our furnace had given up after almost 20 years. We called them in the morning and they were out the same afternoon. After discussing our options, we decided to replace the unit altogether. To my pleasant surprise, they were able to install it the next day. The installer (I believe his name was Jeff) and Brandon, the inside sales rep, did an excellent job of explaining the process to us and keeping us updated every step of the way. Needless to say, their follow up after the installation was great too. I would absolutely recommend them to anybody. Great experience!!

I thought it was unusually cold when I woke up on Sunday 11/20. Alexa said it was 10 degrees outside, so I didn't think too much of it. After awhile though, it dawned on me that the furnace wasn't kicking on. I found the breaker was popped, which is unusual, but I felt a moment of relief. Just a moment, as the breaker would pop within minutes of a reset. I knew it was coming sooner or later, and I guess the old furnace decided it was time to screw me now that it was cold enough. I did some online research and called WeatherWise. Frank called me back shortly and walked me through the options. He sent a guy out first thing Monday to verify everything, then the installation crew got here about noon. By late afternoon I had heat again. They came back Tuesday to replace the old AC unit as well. By noon on Tuesday everything was finished. The guys were efficient, professional and courteous. I was given straight answers through the whole experience. I'd highly recommend WeatherWise if you find yourself in a spot like this.

Frank is very professional, and made certain I was completely satisfied. He answered all my questions, and made more than one personal visit to be certain I understood the furnace and a/c details, installation procedure, and cost. Friendly and trustworthy, WeatherWise's team replaced my expansion tank today 03/29/2023. In my opinion, they are simply the Best.
