It was time to replace my 20 year old builders grade air conditioner and my first time buying a new AC system. I ended up getting estimates from 5 companies and weather wise was great throughout the entire process, out of all of the companies that came out, Frank was the first to be able to provide me a price and in the end gave us the best pricing out of all 5 we had give us an estimate. For the install the crew arrived on time, was super friendly and was very careful/mindful to not make a mess and clean up after their work. We also added in a return duct in the basement and the install was super clean.

I called WeatherWise because we purchased this summer and wanted to make sure that our furnace was winter-ready. Tommy came out and checked it out and ran some tests. He was very professional and an overall nice guy. Would definitely use their services again!

I have used WeatherWise a handful of times now and every time my experience has been wonderful! They are kind, responsive, accommodating, have great customer service and answer all questions you may have. They get you in right away and are very nice and efficient. I would recommend using this company for any heating and cooling situations! We are getting an humidifier put in next week and we can’t wait! Can’t say enough good things about them!

Very, friendly and helpful, I had the opportunity to meet with this guy named Tommy, he’s very good worker, he understand very well and he was really kind and patient with me because I had so many questions and he answered and responded to all of them and gives me some really good advices and recommendations. And the office was really nice with me, very responsive, and I had an emergency situation at home and they gives me appointment for the same day, just a couple of hours later. Overall I’m very happy with them service

I am very happy with having these guys take care of our heating and cooling in our home. I emailed to schedule a AC check and clean last week and was happy with the response time from my first to last for scheduling. Tommy came out to check our unit and did a great job. Told me about the unit and everything he did and saw. Really a great company. Will have them back every year for check and cleanings for AC and furnace. Also like how they clean air ducts.

Jeff and Tommy installed an American Standard furnace and air conditioner in July 2020. They were extremely cordial and efficient. The air conditioner cooled quickly; we were happy with its operation. However our satisfaction rapidly evaporated when it came time for heat in the fall. The furnace was so noisy that it sounded like the roar of a dragon when the flames ignited. Tommy came out and attempted to make adjustments without success. We were offered an upgraded furnace for an additional charge which we declined. We decided to try to acclimate ourself to the beast.
Fast forward to May 2021. Brandon Franco of WeatherWise contacted us via email offering to replace the noisy furnace with a redesigned quieter furnace at NO CHARGE. It was installed today in less than 1.5 hours. Again, installation was courteous and efficient. Now we have a furnace we can live with.
