Great communication and experience throughout. The installers Jim and Ray arrived promptly and provided an on the way call as well, so I was prepared for their arrival. They wore their shoe covers the whole time to keep my house clean and finished the project in a timely manner. Tom was very helpful with the estimate and patiently answered all of my questions. Great experience!

Todd was my technician. He did a really great job. He was very respectful to my home wearing water proof shoe covers due to the rain and he also wore his mask dude to Covid19 . Todd did a annual checkup on my Furnace and humidifier. Todd should me the correct way to have my humidifier set up for summer and winter and how to put my filters in correctly. Over all I had a great experience with the company and technician😊

Matt was great, though and explained everything. My only complaint is with scheduling. We got a four hour window (8-12) and did not receive an update even though we were scheduled 3rd and not likely to get to us until after 10:30. At 11:30 got a call that he was delayed. In the end we were tied up 8-3.

Installation was fine several years ago. Have had no problems with our equipment until August 2021. About 6 weeks ago, a serviceman came out for cleaning and I spoke to an issue with the humidifier where it was making a constant buzzing noise. I was charged $79 for the service and thought all was good. Went to change my filter as I regularly do, and it turns out his "fix" was to disconnect the power to the humidifier. When plugging it back in, the buzz was constant once again. I called the office the next morning, and the receptionist informed me that he should not have addressed the humidifier and I should have been charged an extra $69. My concern was forwarded up to the "service manager" on 12/7. I am still awaiting a call back. Hopefully this post will get me one...

Dykstra Home Services sets a gold standard in both customer service and workmanship. Our older house that had mostly been upgraded still had a pretty ancient furnace. When it started to unreliable we called Dykstra Home Services. Rich came out and did our estimate and he gave us multiple options to choose from. We were able to find an efficient unit in our budget and our install was scheduled the same week.

Jim and Moises came to install the new unit. I was greeted with their warm smiles when I opened my door! They were prompt, efficient, kind, and accommodating. They finished the job within the time frame we were given and they did a wonderful job all around. Both guys were willing to answer any questions I had and walked me through changing the filter on my new unit.

It also puts my mind at ease that Dykstra Home Services is family owned and operated. I enjoy supporting small local business that take pride in their trade, Dykstra definitely fits the bill. I will highly recommend Dykstra Home Services to my family and friends.

I have hot water heat in our den and had a problem with high pressure, a temp issue and water leak. After a failed attempt to repair a leak and basic inspection by another well known SW side service, I repaired the leak (bearing assembly/impeller)and contacted Dykstra to perform an inspection. They did and diagnosed an issue with the expansion tank and air vent which were causing the pressure issue. Both were replaced and at the same time adjusted the units running temp to standard. A follow up call was placed due to a small issue not related to the initial call out. The techs, Don and Steve, could not have been more professional, informative or quality minded in regards to the repairs made. The system is running the best it ever has been.

Our service tech Tom was awesome!! He called ahead and arrived promptly right on time. He was professional, wore a mask, and explained in detail the inspection of my AC unit. He diagnosed the problem quickly, provided an estimate and performed the repair while taking time to explain the mechanics to me. Tom did a great job and i will definitely use Dykstra Home Services again.
