Jan went out of his way to help our family's furnace repair more than just doing the repair job. He gave us tips on repairing and maintaining other appliances like our air conditioner and humidifier that he noticed was missing some odds and ends, and even went ahead to do some minor repairs he noticed to the humidifier.

His recommendations were easy DIY projects, not pushing expensive maintenance or repairs onto a homeowner. Much appreciated!

Jan installed a new thermostat and gave me detailed instructions on its use. During our conversation, I asked if I was managing the humidifier correctly. Jan noticed that the water to the humidifier was turned off. He checked and we also needed a new filter which he installed. Full service technician!

Jan was our technician and was absolutely fabulous! He was pleasant and very helpful. He even gave us some tips regarding air filter changing and other things. I would definitely use them again.

They came out the same day, found the problem and even called in to see if the piece that need repair was under warranty. IT WAS. They could have easily just charged me for it but didn't! We had a Air conditioner installed to replace our old unit which was on it's last legs. The crew of two was meticulous in the installation and took special care to instruct us in how the unit works and proper care and maintenance. Jan did a very thorough job with my annual furnace maintenance appointment. He explained what he was doing and showed the results of the readings he took which indicated why some parts needed to be replaced. He answered all the questions I had. Overall I was very pleased with the work he did.
