Jan was very professional and prompt to an emergency call of no heat. He was friendly and respectful of my home. The repair was quick and he showed me the damaged part as well as the brand new one still in the package before he put it on the unit to finish the repair. Would highly recommend Jan and this company in the future. Thank you for fixing our heat on a very cold night!

My family & I are truly grateful for the staff of Dykstra. The air conditioner failed on one of the hottest days this summer. Dean, comfort specialist, patiently explained our options and scheduled installation for the next day. Dino and his crew were prompt, hardworking and made sure we understood everything before they left. Wish we could give more than five stars!

We had a new furnace and 4 exchanges installed. From start to finish the whole Dykstra team was amazing. Very straight forward and everything they said they would do they did. The install guys were there 2 days and very professional. Lots of work lots of cutting and when they left at end of 2nd day you could barely tell we had any work done at the house. The equipment installed works perfectly and only after a few days we already notice a 100% difference in heat and air flow throughout the house. DO NOT hesitate to go with Dykstra for any of your home hvac needs.

Jan called to let me know when he would arrive. During the repair, he regularly communicated updates, and when he had completed the work, he reviewed the work with me and provided details. Throughout the process, he was very polite. I am very pleased with the service Jan and Dykstra have provided.

This is the second furnace that Dykstra heating has installed for me the first lasted twenty years and no problems!! The speed of service was incredible my furnace went out Thursday they came three hours later and the next day at 8:00 am they were ther to put in a new furnace!! The service crew arrived on time for the installation!! The were very curtious ! The work was done in a timely manner and they were very professional and thorough Jonathan answered all my questions!! Jonthon was superb installer and his work was impeccable!!!! I highly recommend Dykstra heating!!

Danny from Dykstra was extremely professional and did a great job on my annual furnace maintenance. He pointed out several things that would improve the performance of our heating unit which we plan on looking into. This was the first time Dykstra performed this task for me under my Nicor agreement and I would welcome them back anytime and would also highly recommend them for your heating or cooling home service needs. The Technician, J.B., who visited for furnace check and clean was very nice, knowledgeable, thorough, and informative. There are a couple of issues related to a part for furnace, and condensation pump that I anticipate to receive follow-up about soon, but thus far I am overall very pleased with the services that I have received from Dykstra throughout the years.

I've had very good service from Jan B, one of Dykstra's service technicians. He's so good, that I schedule my clean & checks around his schedule. He is thorough, answers my questions, and offers maintenance tips.

Tom came out and provided us with a honest and fair estimate to replace our furnace and air conditioning unit. Scheduling was easy and quick. The technicians, (Brian, Ray and Steven) were professional and very knowledgeable. Very pleased with our products and service provided.

I have dealt with Don a few times as I have been trying to salvage my 30 year furnace and air conditioner. He is the best. I have always received more than just the correct parts quickly and at a great price, but tons of information and help. I am headed in today because my condenser motor just failed, and I am pleased that I know I will get the right part and expert advice.

I did get everything I was expecting 6 years ago when I posted this review and 6 later and I still love this place. Don retired a few years ago and now Zach handles the parts department. He is outstanding! I have been in a few times since Zach took over for Don and the excellent service and expertise continues. 5 stars are not enough!
