Called this place 2 weeks ago for emergency service, they didn't show and so I rescheduled, they didn't show again, I rescheduled and they didn't show for a 3rd time. No calls, texts or emails for updates were received during any of the 3 times I was scheduled receive service. I even called in advance of the last two scheduled times to re confirm. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I contacted Leaf Commercial Heating & Cooling to get an after hours furnace repair. Peter was prompt, friendly, and very reasonably priced.I appreciated that he was able to come out quickly to get our furnace running and even had the part right in his truck.I would highly recommend this company for all of your heating and cooling needs.

The guys they sent over were fine, polite, and mostly professional (they borrowed my power drill battery and walked off with it). I'm not sure if this was subcontracted out or not but the bill came from a different company, they made their workers stay in my shop until the invoice was paid (which their boss was unable to get to me due to poor McDonalds WiFi.) When the work was deemed not the correct solution to my problem, the guy they sent for the onsite inspection said "What do you expect, I'm not an expert in your equipment". What I expect from any professional is to admit what they don't know and ask for the right information. Thats what I'm paying you for. Would not recomend the company but I felt bad for the two guys they sent, they just got caught in the middle.
Great customer service. They came out on a Sunday night to look at our ac did the troubleshooting and then found out the part was bad and wouldn't be available until Monday. Great company to work with. I highly recommend.
