Excalibur Heating & Cooling's technician quickly diagnosed our heating problems. He warned us about what we should be on the lookout for. Because our furnace is ten years old, he recommended that we replace it, especially if the problem reoccurs. After I called the night before, he was dispatched to our house before 9 a.m. the next morning. Thank you for your prompt response.

This is my second time using Excalibur Heating & Cooling. Both times the service exceeded my expectations. Our last technician was very punctual, attentive and knowledgeable regarding our A/C unit. He took the time to explain each process and answered any questions that I had. Would definitely recommend him and Excalibur Heating & Cooling for any A/C related work.

I went years without A/C in my current home, but with the summers seeming to get hotter every year, I finally gave in to purchase an a/c unit. Excalibur Heating & Cooling was recommended to me from a friend who used them for air conditioning repair and I would certainly pass on the same recommendation. Gad came out the next day after I called in, assessed my home and provided a recommendation for the proper size unit. A few days later his install team came out and performed the air conditioning installation. Loving the A/C on hot days and overall I had a great experience!

Our furnace went out on a cold Friday afternoon. When we called Excalibur Heating & Cooling , we were told someone would contact us ASAP. Reuben called and came right over. Diagnosed the issue and 30 minutes later, the furnace was fixed and he even provided some additional maintenance on the system at no additional cost! Each person I spoke with was personable and informative.The price was exactly what I was quoted and a great value for what I needed.

Gad arrived early and got right to work! We weren’t sure what was wrong with our furnace, just that it had stopped working multiple times. He was able to quickly point out the indicators of a failing furnace, clean up what he could and give me an estimate on replacement costs. He was in and out in 15 minutes, but I never felt he was rushing. Great experience - will call again!

Company is a scam. Need basic AC repair. Was upsold on a service contract and was told I would be prioritized for service that day. Guy never showed up during the window - no phone call - wait around all day. Called the company and they said they could reschedule IN A WEEK. Very unprofessional company. Don't believe a word they say.
