I had an ETA between 9am -11am no phone call no show, Called to find out if they were still coming and the agent asked for all my information again as if I was scheduling an appointment, Then had the audacity to quote me a fee of $135.00 a $50.00 increase from the previous quote. I politely paid my $85.00 service fee and denied the repair because if you will try to overcharge me $50 on a service call . You will most definitely up-charge the parts and labor.

They offer same day service & waive the diagnostic fee if you go with their quote. Tre the master tech offers wonderful service & definitely knows his stuff. The master tech came out & let me know that the reason my furnace was having so many issues after only 2 years of service is because not only it was improperly installed, but it is the wrong type of furnace for the way my house is built. They offered a better solution which included a tankless water heater that was much cheaper than what another contractor quoted to install a new furnace & redo the ductwork.

Timely, accurate, and skilled service. They probably saved my life and corrected a nightmare of a problem. Long story short I had an emergency weekend outage involving my furnace this winter. The support center picked up each time I called and were flexible with my scheduling needs. Their diagnostic cost was also competitive.

This was a second opinion on my furnace that wasn't working properly. Robert was the technician that came out. He was very knowledgeable. He found carbon monoxide leaking ( the cause of my headaches) although my CO alarm didn't go off. He promptly arranged for a new furnace. I had previous chimney damage that affected my furnace. Robert brought in Brian, a lead tech who was able to help me rectify that situation. My new furnace is fully functional. Would recommend them a 1000%

Best Comfort can do it all. Krys was very knowledgeable, professional and came out the same day I called. He had all the parts he needed to fix the problem with my furnace which is great because I was only without heat for a few hours. I recommended them to all my friends and family and will definitely be calling them again.

Best Comfort came out to to check on our furnace to have it ready for the winter season. Their service was very professional and they offer very competitive prices compared to other local businesses in the area. Hands down the best service I experienced in a long time. They even offered a follow up to make sure everything was still running smoothly. I'll definitely be calling them when the summer months come around to make sure our A/C unit is running smoothly.

Trey at Best Comfort answered the phone the first time I called him. All the other places still haven't called me back and it's been 4 days. He was at my house within the hour, and had the new unit installed that night. They did the work you would expect from a large company with a small company feel. It came with a great warrantee that you won't get anywhere else. I highly recommend Best Comfort Heating & Cooling!

I called at 9 PM Friday night thinking I would receive a call back in the morning.They called me back in 20 minutes and had Krys the technician at my house in under an hour. The technician was polite, friendly, and super knowledgeable. Treated the problem like he was working at his own house. He had everything he needed with him to fix the issue and my heat was working in a few hours. Saving my family and I from sleeping in our freezing home. I would most definitely call them again for any future problems or regular maintenance. Its nice to know there's honest people out there. Considering that I called after hours his prices were more then fair and the service was even better.

best comfort heating and cooling has great service. my furnace went out and they were there within the hour of me calling. the gentlemen was very friendly and explained everything he was doing and was in and out in a sufficient amount of time....i would recommend them to everyone i know and will be using them in the future as well.

Best Comfort replaced our a/c, furnace, and water heater in 2011. Service was prompt, and we're very happy we chose BCHC with handling a large investment in our home. Even after 3 years, it's nice to see one of the original installers come into our home to perform our annual inspection.

Trey did a great job at my home. He replaced only the necessary parts (didn't try to sell me something that wasn't needed) and was quick and efficient. He also took several breaks to explain things to my husband over the phone. Though the price was pretty high ($610 for a broken blower)- the technician was knowledgeable and professional.
