Justin showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with my furnace and the cost to repair. He also gave me good info on how to save on winter and summer cleanings and tune ups. I was already a customer of Ralph's and I'm glad I am. Great job!!!

My heat went out on a Friday in December 2022. It was the first below zero day in winter. I called other heating companies and was told that they would not be able to fix the furnace until Monday. I called Ralph's at 6:30 pm, the repairman arrived about 7:30 pm. I needed a new motor for the furnace. The repairman did not have one with him, but arrived early the next day to install the motor! The price was reasonable and the service was excellent! I will use them every year for maintenance.

I have been using Ralph’s for years at different rental properties. First time using them at my residence. Service was amazing as usual! This is the company you want dealing with your HVAC needs. Price was fair and the technician took the time to explain the system and preventative maintenance!

Ralph’s has high standards and truly does care that the job is done right so that I would not have any more problems. They then cleaned and inspected my entire furnace and I know feel comforted and confident knowing I will have a safe and warm winter, Ralph’s technicians have high quality training and are good people. The price was the best of the 3 companies I called.

I just purchased a property in Washington park and I called Ralph’s heating to service the 40 year old steam boiler. There prices are good and the service is second to none.

I called them back a second time to add heat sensors on all levels and new thermostat that I can control from my phone, again they were cordial and on time, the tech was professional and helpful with setting it up on my phone.

I’ve used Ralph’s for five years for heating maintenance and they’ve been responsive and reasonably priced. Recently, our boiler went out on the coldest days so far in Chicago. Ralph’s had identified a new boiler and begun installation by noon the day after I called and got us back with heat by the next evening when their guys stayed late to make it work. Very professional. My family was extremely grateful.

My husband and I had a very pleasant experience working with Ralph’s heating and cooling to resolve our HVAC temperature and faulty 3 zone system starting with front desk assistance. We had no problems getting service appointment, and they completed job professionally and in a timely manner. We were highly honored to have initial diagnostic completed by John following by skilled technician, Carl. Yes, we highly recommend them.

I have 2 different experiences with this company, one for myself & another time for my mother in law. In both cases, we received. 2 of the most Outrageous quotes from a company who thought we didn't know better & we received a 2nd opinion. Ralph's gave us an Honest assessment & Price for the work! That the other company basically tried to manipulate & Blantantly lied about the work. I have referred other people to Ralph's based on the honesty alone. It is Appreciated!!
