Tech Krys Blachut came to fix my furnace and was on time, worked efficiently, and corrected what needed to be. He was polite and knowledgeable. I will definitely be calling Best Comfort again if I have any future problems.

Krys was friendly and offered great deal of advice and information on my current AC unit- which was wonderful as a woman who doesn't have much experience in this field it was nice to be able to have someone explain to you how things work instead of the usual run around. Krys is definitely the type of good people you want in your home when it comes to strangers and service people.

Called BCHC to come out and fix my furnace after it went out. Fast and great service they were out in matter of 30 minutes. I will recommend them to everyone that I know is having problems with their heating and cooling. Thank you for making this experience a good one. I have had bad experiences with other companies who charged me to just to come out and look and diagnose the problem. Not BCHC! Love these guys

Called this company on Tuesday morning to schedule an appointment to obtain an estimate for A/C repair. Appointment set for 1pm the following day, Wednesday, as of 2:30 pm no show. I began calling the number I used to set the appointment, would ring 5 times and hang up. No answering service, no voicemail? Why would I consider hiring a company for who can't keep the first appointment to get an estimate? No call from the estimator on what delayed him/her, no call from the company to explain the delay. Lost my business.to clarify, this occurred with the Chicago branch.

Very Honest people great to do business with, I had a Furnace, central air, and water heater installed by them, over multiple visits to my home! Very satisfied overtime with there visits. I have to come to expect their level of service to be the same overtime, and it always is!
I will be using their service for life! Great company, good people to do business with.

We had a problem with our furnace; it was not blowing warm air through the vents. With the weather outside being close to freezing, we had to do something! We called Best Comfort Heating & Cooling for help. Our technician Krys Blachut came the same day that we called. He found the problem, he fixed it and before we knew it, the house was nice and warm. He did a great job and in a timely manner. I would recommend Krys for any job.

Great Company, we used them at our auto repair shop, they were awesome. Really looked at our heating ONGOING issue and was able to determine what was causing the problem. I will be recomending them and using there services in the future if needed.
Keep up the great work, and pricing was good too!

Superior Company really a great set of people to have in your home, came in got right to the problem, was very courtious and explained everything. I had a small clue to the issue, and they did not try to blow it up to anything bigger than what it just was!

Dont know what office they came out from, but I would think all there offices will treat you the same.

Trey was right on time and was very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and fix the problems with the furnace and did it in a timely manner. I would definitely use Best Comfort in the future!
