Had such a great experience with this company. Needed them for a project we were working on and they were always very helpful. Victor in the office has always helped so much and is great with scheduling to get his crew out as soon as possible. We are looking forward to scheduling more projects with them in the future!

Arzet Heating and Air Conditioning installed our furnace/AC several years ago, and they also installed our water heater today. Arzet also does our regular HVAC maintenance. I don't know why something always breaks around Christmas or Thanksgiving. 😁 The guys are amazing. We called them on Saturday because our water heater started leaking, and by 10:30 am next day the new water heater was installed. Arzet came during the window they scheduled, were very professional, and suggested some improvements to our HVAC (a vent did not close the water completely). Truly wonderful job! We paid via Zelle, so no checks/cash were required. Very convenient. Arzet communicated with us throughout the process (from the order through installation to the last payment) providing timely updates. We are certainly planning to continue using Arzet for our HVAC needs!

Walter and his team did a great job upgrading my furnace / floor heater / ac / erv systems. His team is well qualified and knowledge and their customer service is top notch !

The best! Walter and his team are responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. We always recommend them to our clients, but I have used them twice now on my personal residence and I couldn't be happier. My furnace was recently making some loud noises, Walter was able to give advice over the phone, send someone to inspect same day, and fully replace my furnace for new the very next day. Not to mention they did not pressure us or upsell, they gave 3 options at different price points to repair or replace. With my new tenants scheduled to move in 2 days later, I couldn't appreciate the prompt service more!

What was disappointing is since they were out at my house AC won’t go below 75-76 degrees…….

When I immediately contacted them to ask I was told someone would call me back 🤔…… that still hasn’t happened

I was sent a text that it would cost $150 for them to come for service call !!!!

I’m actually disappointed that they don’t stand behind work or have better customer service ……

Oh well lesson learned !!!
