I highly recommend Arzet! Their customer service is fantastic and my experience with their work has been great so far - we have essentially received a consultation and quote for repair work. Victor, who I spoke with a few times over the phone, was very friendly and answered all my questions clearly. He also helped me move my initial maintenance appointment to earlier when we had an actually furnace issue come up. Luis, who came out to take a look at the issue, was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issue to us and provide different options for fixing it. Very friendly and helpful service! Highly recommend.

The air release valve on my radiator developed a crack and started leaking. I left a message and got an immediate call back, a same day repair appointment with a realistic arrival timeline. My repair professional, Daniel, texted me with arrival updates and provided friendly and excellent service. This is the second

Walter Arzet and his team of technicians we worked with were terrific. They detected high carbon monoxide levels due to a defective heat exchanger in our 17 year old furnace and promptly, professionally and neatly installed a new furnace. Walter did a great job with the annual maintenance of my 20 year old furnace. While cleaning the furnace, he noticed something was not right with the blower motor and let me know about it. He was able to get a replacement part and by the next day had my furnace running quieter than it ever has. You can tell that he takes pride in his work and I appreciate that. Arzet HVAC is my go to from now on.
