Custom Air Company

Issac came out this morning to help us with our "lack of heat" and he fixed it, cleaned it up a little and was very quick about it! I certainly hope our landlord continues using Custom Air Company for any future concerns that come up! 10/10 would definitely recommend to everyone.

Brandon, Logan and Kobe were awesome. Very friendly, courteous and professional. They went out of their way to protect our hardwood floors when removing and bringing in equipment. The installation of our new York A/C and Furnace was top notch. Excellent workmanship. The work areas both inside and out were free of any debris from the tear down and installation, swept and left cleaner than when they started. Very impressive. When they were finished they showed us the new unit downstairs and answered any questions we had. Very knowledgeable on the product. We would highly recommend Custom Air.

Our air conditioner was damaged during a storm. They installed a new Air conditioner and we had the Furnace replaced also. They did an excellent job. Eric, Logan and JD were our installers and they were fast and efficient. The cost was very reasonable and the new system is very quiet, no clunking noise anymore. We would recommend them as well as recommend the annual maintenance contract that they have and the quality product they sell.

Derek and Craig Troubleshooted our hvac system and found the problem!! We also got info on splitting system for the seasonal room!! Thank you for making sure our systems were safe before leaving!! I will use this company for any future heat or air needs!!!!

Everyone was very professional and well priced. Craig was very informative and explained everything very clearly. Don and Nathan did an excellent job installing the new furnace and AC and took time to show me everything they did. The financing options available were nice as well. Have used Custom Air for semi annual maintenance for years and now for replacement of HVAC system. From office management to sales/coordination to technicians all were easy to work with, professional and responsive. Efficient responses to questions and great follow up. This is a “go to” company.

OUTSTANDING service. They installed a tankless water heater and a water softener in the same day. I was extremely impressed with the quality of workmanship. No doubt, I will use them again for any of my HVAC needs.

Highly recommend! We wanted to get a whole house humidifier installed in our home— we had another company come out for an estimate and were not happy at all with the experience or the price. We decided to call custom air and they HIGHLY exceeded our expectations. The price was 3 times less than the other company had quoted us (for the EXACT same humidifier brand and model), they installed the humidifier within a week, and were professional and kind. When it’s time to get our furnace/air replaced next year, we know who to call! Will never recommend anyone else. Thank you for the phenomenal service!
