Custom Air Company

Scheduled an appointment with them to get a second opinion on what was wrong with our AC unit. First company that I spoke with (Tiger Plumbing, Heating, & Air Conditioning Services) had told us that we needed a new motherboard in the furnace due to it not sending a signal to the Central air unit to turn on. They had quoted me $1400 dollars to replace a $100 part and that wasn't guaranteeing it was going to fix the problem. I told them would think about it and I ended up swapping the board myself. This didn't fix the problem. I called Customer Air to come out and take a look at it. The gentleman that came out (Derek Caughron) was fantastic. He figured out what was wrong with the AC and was finished with the repair in only about a half hour. The repair only ended up on costing me $179. I am so Grateful that I called and got a second opinion. Custom Air saved me $1200!!! Will definitely be contacting them again for any other issues we may have. Thank you

We had a very lengthy project that included putting all new HVAC in our home. The attic is restricted access as is the crawlspace for the returns. We contacted at minimum 10 companies for quotes and due to the nature of this project, quotes were extremely high. Custom Air came in more than 5k cheaper and had the quickest estimated time for completion.

We also needed a new furnace and AC and they gave us multiple prices on multiple units and walked us through the different features of each.

We were originally told it would likely be a 4 day project but they were able to get it done in 2 days. The guys were on time, efficient and so personable. They worked in below zero temps in my crawlspace and attic this week and didn't seem bothered by it at all.

I had never heard of this company and they were literally the last company called due to a last minute recommendation from a friend and I am so glad that I called them. We will not be doing business with anyone else but them in the future.

Craig prioritized our a/c and furnace installation due to our a/c going out during the hottest 2 weeks of the summer. He loaned us 2 window units until we could have our system installed. Our furnace was 43 years old and Craig was incredibly informative and helpful in guiding us in our purchase of a new, efficient Trane system. His professional team had it installed within a week. New a/c maintains a cool 70 degrees in our home, even during the hottest time of day. We are so thankful for Craig, Kevin, and Custom Air! Highly recommend!

We signed up with them for semi annual service for our furnace and central air unit They are very thorough when they come The temperature in the house was 60 degrees this morning when we got up, so my wife turned on the furnace. It wouldn’t kick on, so I called Custom Air on a Sunday morning. They had a tech out, and us up and running inside of 3 hours. Custom Air is a class act, and I would highly recommend them. The maintenance plan is very reasonable. Plus a well maintained machine lasts longer, and costs less in the long run over neglecting it.

My air conditioner has been having problems for years. This was the year it finally went out! I have used Custom Air before and were on their service plan. They came to my house, gave me a great quote on a new AC unit and furnace, and helped me with the financing. The workers who did the install were professional, polite, and cleaned up nicely. I would recommend Custom Air Company to anyone who wanted honest, dependable service. I could not be happier with my purchase and the entire experience.

Sherman assisted my husband and I; he was outstanding. I called Custom Air late morning, the appointment was that afternoon, and heaters were provided while we decided who best to purchase replacement units from. We ended up purchasing a very nice furnace/AC combo: the price was great for us; it's a high energy efficiency unit that's very quit; and the team was so professionally that the PVC piping they installed didn't require ceiling repair.

Dale came on short notice and took care of our furnace's leaking, he knew exactly what was the problem and he fixed so fast and clean. He also explained to us what was the issue and the procedure. It's great to have someone who inspire you confidence when you are dealing with a problem like that.

This company and workers are great to have any work done. I had them replace my furnace and central air last year. They gave several options for units to be installed. Price was reasonable and installers were professional and courteous. The furnace was installed January 2018 right after the new year. They had the old unit out and new one installed and heat in just a few hours.

As a former contractor I appreciated the quality of my experience. Last fall they put in my new furnace and yesterday they replaced my air conditioning unit. I am old and not very mobile. My basement is cluttered and not easy to move around in. These kind technicians worked around the mess and created space with no complaints. My English bulldog is ready for summer. We financed the furnace through their Trane affiliated bank and they made the administrative side of the transaction effortless. For the air conditioning unit we didn't have to do anything, they added it to the existing loan and took care of the paperwork.
The quality of the work, technicians, equipment, and customer service led me to write this review.
Anyone who needs heating and cooling service will be pleased with this company.
