Used Custom Air Company to install our garage heater and update our water heater to tankless. They came out same day as my request for an estimate and had both jobs done fast & well a week later. Highly recommend!

Custom Air Company is the best HVAC company I've ever had the privilege of working with. Fair, honest, up front pricing. Reliable/Punctual - arrived to all appointments on time and were very thorough. They replaced 2 Air conditioners, 2 furnaces, new ductwork in the attic, added new returns in the basement, installed 2 air cleaners and a humidifier in less than 3 days. Kevin set expectations up front so I knew what to expect from the initial conversation and the entire process was a breeze. Kevin did a final walk through, ensuring everything was done to my expectations, further building my confidence in Custom Air! As long as I live in Central Illinois, Custom Air will be my go to for all HVAC needs. Best in the business!
