I called for help with my A/C at noon, got a repairman at my house by 1:30. They replaced a part and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg! Fabulous!

Completely satisfied. They have answered all my questions and very professional. They made me feel at ease letting me know they would be available anytime I had a question etc. Everybody polite and professional 👍👍👍👍👍

They provided prompt service, kept me informed on the status of the part they had to order and both technician's were personable and provided great customer service.

I have used this company before and I had a excellent experience . Until recently when I had to call
for emergency visit ,my ac unit bowing hot air instead of cold air. The gentleman came out and check my electric box and said if was fine , and went to check my a/c unit and he told me I needed an electrician ,because one cable bad and the other one was good , so I thank . And went in the house and called around with no luck trying to get someone to respond a on Saturday , finally a gentleman answer his phone and told me he could come on Sunday . I told that would be ok .
Me knowing I could not stay in this house with family with the temperature around 80ty in the house ,so we went to a hotel for the night. MY wife went to work and we took the kids to stay my sister. The next day the electrician came out .HE REPLACED THE FUSE AND FILLED MY FREEORN LEVAL ON MY A/C.
MY ISSUE THE COMPANY CAME OUT AND CHECK THE FUSE BOX,, HE TOLD ME HE FOUNND A BAD FUSE/// I CALLED THIS COMPANY SHE TOLD ME SHE WOULD PAY ME SOME OF MY MONEY BACK /BECAUSE HER TACK DID COME TO DO HIS DIAGNODTIC SO HE GETS PAID / MY ISSUE HIS DIAGNOSTIC WAS WRONG. SO WHY SHOULD HE GET PAID!!! THEY CAN KEEP THERE MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
