Archway Cooling & Heating

We have had great customer service with Archway! They installed our unit 6 years ago and when a Trane warranty issue occurred on a part, they quickly fixed it 5 years ago! Since then our units have run great! Upon selling our house they worked with us and our buyers with great professionalism when questions arose! Quality company!

We have done business with Archway for over twenty years. They are so easy to deal with and always work their hardest to please their customers. Their workers are polite, clean and professional at all times. They are more than happy to answer questions and explain what they are doing and the details of the entire process. They arrived on the promised day and at the promised time to install our new trane heat pump. They made sure everything was clear and to our satisfaction before they left the job site. I wish I could give them more than five stars!!

Our AC unit went out and we had a few bids from different companies for a new unit. Karen came out to our house very quickly, was very professional, detailed, and went above and beyond to help us. The only reason why we didn't buy a unit from her was because we have a 2 stage and what we needed was unavailable for 7-10 days and we needed it ASAP. Archway, however, would have been able to put our new unit ASAP had the unit been available, which is beyond their control. We HIGHLY recommend Archway and Karen for you cooling and heating needs.

Archway added A/C and installed new furnaces in our 1860's home. They were great to work with, arrived as scheduled and completed the job in 2 days. The house is cool now and I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Installation and initial pricing was fair and professional, it was a easy and pleasant experience. Two Trane units, one upstairs and one for my main floor/basement. I won't be using them again though.

03/2021: installation
09/2021: problem with upstairs A/C unit, inadequate piece of equipment installed, upgraded free. Several weeks without A/C on this unit after they got the wrong part again. At this visit I inquired about wifi thermostats since they were never apart of the original purchase and the tech advised me of the Sensi brand that is plug and play no modification needed and cheaper to purchase outside of Archway, $100/thermostat vs $200+/thermostat from Archway (which it was cheaper not purchasing through Archway and it was plug and play, no rewiring needed, it uses the pre-existing bracket)

Winter rolls around and my heating bills start rising to $300-$500

02/2021: tech comes back and notifies me that the thermostats needed to be programmed for heat pump (took him 20 minutes), which solved my electricity overages

They then bill me $130 for the thermostats they told me to purchase after I've paid $1000+ in electricity overages due to their techs recommendations. But they did tell me that is a discount of $50 too

It was a real pleasure working with Archway. They were quick, efficient, extremely pleasant and had great financing options or a discount if you paid cash or check. Our new heater and ac have been in for a few weeks now and so far we are very pleased.

Karen came to our home and was incredibly helpful and informative. She even got us an estimate within a few hours which was helpful as we were pushing to make a decision quickly. They were able to get us on schedule within a week. Tom and Alex showed up promptly at 8:30 and got right to work. They were a great team and worked efficiently and effectively as they finished an AC/Furnace replacement/installation in about 6 hours. We could not be happier that we chose Archway to have our business. Also a side note, they took 10% off the estimate if we paid cash.

Getting a new furnace installed soon. Posting now because the service we received so far has been amazing! Every person we have talked with and met is very professional and honest. From looking over repairs to older setup we have to helping us make the decision to replace an old gas furnace was very easy and very clear. I highly recommend them! Hands down the best folks around to do business with! Thank you all!

Over the last 2 years, Archway has replaced both our furnace and A/C. In both instances, we received excellent service! They are dependable, knowledgeable and efficient. As usual, Archway did a first-class job with the installation of a new furnace and central air conditioning unit. Tom and Brandon showed up right on time as scheduled and had the entire project finished in four hours. Their workmanship was impeccable, as was their desire to excel in customer service. They cleaned up after themselves, and even wore foot covers when installing the thermostat in the finished area. Too, in providing the estimate, Karen was very knowledgeable and thorough. What she quoted was delivered at the price she quoted with no surprises. I've used Archway for 20 years and have always been pleased with the high quality service.
