Gerardo (Jerry) is the best. I’ve met a lot of guys who work in HVAC who are rude, condescending and entitled thinking they are worth hundreds of dollars and hour. Jerry is none of these. Instead he is respectful, intelligent and offers good value for his services. My house was a notable headache. Before I got in touch with Best Option HVAC I had received many unaffordable quotes. To retrofit my 110 y/o 3 floor monstrosity Jerry installed a double furnace double AC along with brand new ductwork. The price was affordable and he completed it 15 days from our contract execution. If you’ve had trouble getting a quality affordable HVAC crew, give Best Option HVAC a try. You won’t be disappointed.

After some unfortunate and expensive experiences this past year with different trades, this company is a positive throw back to what I remember. A company that takes pride in their work, fairly priced, prompt, clean and professional. I would highly recommend this gentleman and I will defintely use him going forward for all my HVAC needs and also recommend him to my neighbors in my subdivision. After extensive research for local HVAC in the area, I decided to choose Best Option HVAC. Reason: Many HVAC contractors rated A+ but Best Option is an accredited Better Business Bureau business. At least I have something to measure against in making decision. I called Best Option HVAC and talked with Jerry. I told Jerry what kind of furnace I want and Jerry helped to select among several furnace manufactures then provided estimate cost. On service day, Jerry used several large paint clothes to protect my carpet from front door to hallway and all the way to furnace destination. He and his helper carefully move new furnace to destination and gave me papers on furnace to review. It took them 6 hours working non-stop to remove old furnace and install new one. It sound long but there was so many things they have to do. Throughout installation process, they always pay attention on not damage my water heater, surrounding vents, gas line. Few times I came to look and he took time to explain current installation status and what he will do next. From hearing and seeing throughout installation procedure, I felt that Jerry is a truly professional person. Once installation finish, Jerry and his helper clean up the place and took all old furnace part out. He tested the system and explained more on new furnace functions and warranty plus all rebate available. I'm glad I pick Best Option HVAC for my furnace job. In future, when my water heater need to be work on I will definitely reach out to Best Option HVAC. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Best Option HVAC to my friend.

Jerry turned up on time and did a good, thorough service on my air con unit service. A great price too. He took time to answer my questions and made sure I was 100% happy, which I was, before he left. My go to guy now for all things HVAC.

Jerry is a professional who knows his stuff and is honest with you about the issue. When diagnosing a problem, he looked at doing the cheaper solution for me first rather than trying to sell me a new unit. I'm glad that I found Jerry and know now that I got a guy for HVAC.
