Top Shelf Heating and Cooling

In early March we got quoted for a full ac and furnace replacement from Top Shelf. They did a wonderful job. We got a full replacement and they were not only quick at scheduling us but also efficient during the install. I called Kevin today to get the Freon serviced (since the ac was installed when it was winter they let me know they would comeback during summer to fill the remainder) and they got me scheduled same day. Steven came out and did a great job and even replaced our filter while he was at it.

AC went out Friday prior to the 4th. Called several companies and Top Shelf was the only place that would come out. Chris was quite simply a great guy and walked me through what needed to be done. My '89 gas furnace went out mid way through the day as I was working from home. I called Top Shelf Heating and Cooling after a recommendation. Kelly was able to come out and get my furnace fixed up within a couple hours. Since it's a very old furnace, it's got some peculiarities to it for sure and is on its last leg. Kelly was very helpful in explaining the issues and what my options are when it comes time to replace. He even caught some goofy wiring issue that was causing the AC to turn on with the furnace, which I had no idea was happening. He was able to help me get that issue resolved as well.
I'll definitely be calling these guys again!

Chris came to service our furnace for an intermittent failure. He was here quickly, on task and did a thorough job of getting our unit back up and running the best it can. I would recommend top shelf to anyone in need of repairs on their system

We got estimates from 4 local HVAC companies to replace a wall heater in an old home. Kelly was thorough in his assessment and very knowledgeable; he even tried to find parts to fix the unit, rather than replace it but it was so old there were no parts for it. Not only did they offer the best price, they were able to schedule the work at least a week ahead of all the others, NEAR THANKSGIVING! Paul and Steven installed the unit and were very courteous and cordial. Every time I called the office with a question, Kevin answered the phone and provided the information I needed. This was the only company of the four who mentioned financing and Kelly knew exactly how it works and what is involved. This entire process could have been a nightmare but the guys at Top Shelf made it a breeze. Definitely make them your first call for any HVAC needs.
