Top Shelf has helped me 3 times now. My system maybe getting to the end of life but Top Shelf has helped me schedule a service after hours in very responsive time. Kelly has showed up early and very informative. It’s been fixed every time. Thank you for the great service!

The best AC guys in town! Very fast response and had a technician at my house 15 minutes after calling in the heat of the summer! Amazing service! Couldn’t ask for a better team to work with!

These guys were referred to me to take a look at my air-conditioning unit because the freon system has a leak. The technician showed up I explained the situation with my unit and the technician said recharging the system with freon would be around $1100 dollars and his time in $375 dollars per hour to troubleshoot and figure out where the leak was. I decided to call around to check on hourly labor rates from competing businesses and it averaged $75.00 per hour. I called top self heating and cooling today and asked what is there hourly labor rate and the man responded with, they don't actually have a labor rate because they don't know how to price out job's and a third party generates the invoice. When I again asked how do you charge $375 per hour he referred to third party billing again. I don't know how this company has a 5 star rating giving the experience I had with them.

Contacted this company to get a quote on replacing my older furnace and ac. The responsiveness was outrageously quick. Got a call and appointment scheduled within minutes. HVAC pro that came out was incredibly professional and upfront about costs. Not once did I get the impression that he was dishonest or trying to upsell a more costly system that wasn't needed. I haven't decided if I will upgrade yet but when I do these guys have won my business.

Top Shelf is an amazing company that genuinely knows everything there is to know about HVAC. If you ever have any questions they will explain it perfectly so you can really understand what is going on without having to be an HVAC expert. They have awesome prices and will make sure you are taken care of whether its a minor repair, major repair, or new installation. Our 18 year old AC finally but the dust last year. Kevin and Kenny with Top Shelf quoted us last year (fall 2019) for a full replacement of our HVAC + water heater. AC, furnace, water heater. Since the furnace and water heater were also 18 years old we decied to just replace everything together. They gave us another quote spring of 2020 that was the same. They were also well under their competitors pricing (6 other quotes) and much more thorough with their quote. They actually went into the crawl space to check the duct work, counted the registers, asked about heating and cooling issues in different rooms, triple checked what we currently had and made sure what they recommended to replace would be sufficient and efficient. Other companies sent a sales guy with a brochure. To be honest, I had some reservations about a new company but they were very down to earth and just seemed like professional good guys. They were that and more. On a sweltering hot day, that freak week of 90 F we got before the rain hit, they came out and installed everything. 12+ hour day they went at it. I think they took a lunch, at least I hope they did. Anyway, they worked hard. Everything looked fantastic after the install. Pipes were all wrapped, duct work was insulated and tight, pipes were good. Idk what I’m talking about but it looked a lot better than what Hubble did 18 years ago. The filter replacement rack is magnetic and super simple to use. The inspectors that came even commented on how well a job they did. And on top of that they explain everything. If you need a repair, or a new system, call these guys now. Before their reputation continues to skyrocket and they charge premium because they’re the best and honestly worth every penny.

Amazing service! Cannot rave about this company enough. They saved me thousands of dollars that another company was trying to scam me into. You will get honesty and great hard working technicians with this company. They were in and out and my AC was back to tip top shape. They know what they are doing that's for sure! I will recommend them to everyone I know!

The guy driving their truck and trailer was tail gating me while driving today. Seemed very deliberate and dangerous. Don’t know how they do with HVAC stuff or if this was part of his crew. But I wouldn’t do business with them.
