Butler Heating & Air Conditioning

Our central air wouldn't cool below 81. I called first thing Monday morning and they sent Scott, very nice and professional. We had had this unit 19 years and they serviced it 2 times in 4 years. Each time needed freon. So Scott told me how much it would cost and a new unit could be installed the very next day. So Tuesday morning Agi, Rocky and Chilo arrived and had us up and running in 4.5 hours. They were amazing. Courtious, polite, professional and thoughtful. Made sure our wood floors were covered then vacuumed and cleaned up everything. I will highly recommend them. You all are awesome! Thank you.

We could not be happier. As general contractors for the home we are building, my wife and I have been disappointed by many of the subcontractors we have engaged. This includes the first HVAC sub we hired, who started the job but refused to complete it unless we agreed to a huge price increase over bid. We were then fortunate enough to be referred to Butler Heating and Air. We could not be happier with the job Butler has done. Butler offered a fair price to complete the job. Their staff communicated clearly by phone. They showed up when they said they would. Augie and Chilo, who installed our dual-fuel HVAC system, did so politely, efficiently and professionally. They were a true pleasure to work with. Butler gets our highest recommendation!

Ahhhh! What to do when the heater needs repaired in Meridian? Call the Butler of course, Jayme came out and fixed the heating system fast. he had the lighting parts on his truck and now me and the dogs are happy again. Highly recommend for honest service.

They flushed water heater as well. They have been coming for several years and I like them very much. They are polite, professional and are careful when in my home. They are always on time and get right to work.

Completely knowledgeable and efficient company! The owner checked out our AC unit first thing in the morning and had it fixed and working 10 times better than it was. Even got us extra filters because ours is a weird size for replacement in the future. Awesome company and owners!

Scott and his crew from Butler, I would highly recommend before A-1 or Perfect, Advanced, or Western to say just a few. They gave me a great price for Furnace/AC/ and water heater combined, along with movement of the AC line to the side of my home. Auge and Chileo were the best crew a company could have to instal these as well. A pleasure to have them in my home, and the knowledge of all involved was impressive and they would go way and beyond what the standard would be. Even down to Shawna the receptionist, was a good experience. Do yourself a favor and at least get them to give you a estimate on anything, before you settle with any other.
