I would give them 200 stars NO one wanted to even help me with my 18 yesr old unit! I called them and they sent someone within 2 days with the part! and had my heat working again. they replaced my heat exchanger and then came out again to check on it couldn’t be happier everyone one else wanted to sell me a new hvac system I know not everyone will be in my position to have the option of fixing it under warranty but if you do call butlers. When I’m ready for my new unit I’ll surely be calling them to get me one regardless of price just based on what they did for me 100% recommended!

Can't say enough good things about Terry Butler and his crew at Butler Heating and Air! They have been servicing our system for years and he has always been fair and dependable and he's proven that again!

Came out last week to fix our AC again, glad this happened before it got too hot, and said this would be a temporary fix. The 3 ton unit is over 15 years old so we asked for an estimate last week. It was a very fair estimate and he said if we replaced it he would not charge us for the temporary fix. We said do it and I expected to see them sometime this week but I saw on my Nest cameras and they were onsite this afternoon and had it replaced with barely a trace that they had even been there! As a matter of fact had I not seen them on my cameras I probably wouldn't have known they were even here!

Fast, clean, professional, honest and fair... What more could you ask for in a repair service.

They're one of the few services we don't ever question what he tells us or the cost because he has proven his integrity over and over!

Ac went out in July, had a previous guy come out and basically said I needed a brand-new unit,. Called Butler, and they were out qnd fixed it within an hour for less than $200! Sure beat putting in a new unit.

We are so so happy with the service we received. Our AC fan was not working and I called Terry to have it looked at. I was not expecting them to show up so quickly, knowing that so many people are needing AC repairs right now, and they were super busy. A repair man showed up within the next hour! Aaron fixed the fan and was quick, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend Butler to anyone needing service!

Terry was out during Memorial Day week to service part of our AC unit and now that another holiday is upon us, of course the other unit needs service. Thankfully Aaron was able to get here within a couple of hours and took care of the problem in about 45 minutes. They are consistently reliable and courteous. We are grateful for great customer service.

Always punctual and bluntly honest, I can't say enough positive things about this company. After having several different companies out to fix our AC, Butler fixed the issue in one visit. Apparently, every previous company had just added refrigerant, and now our system was freezing up. I counted off the dollars I'd wasted, as Butler bled off the excess. It didn't work perfectly after that, but it worked. The unit was old and he was honest that it was probably time to replace it. After getting multiple bids, we had Butler replace it. Their price was more than competitive, and we knew we could trust it would be done correctly.

We have never been left hanging. We've never had to wait for a part, and we have always been pleased with all the service tech's that Terry has sent us. We will forever miss Steve Bunch, may he rest in peace. Once upon a time the 3 of us guys were a sort of the Three Stooges in our own right and worked together for Ronnie Kimbro. I wouldn't call anyone else to work on my family's air unless I just didn't have a choice. Thanks Terry . God Bless You and Yours my friend.

Terry was early to his appointment time at my home. Luckily my issue was a quick fix with a wire issue and he was in and out! So thankful for these guys and all they do!

Had Terry come out to inspect our unit that they “fixed” for $500 last summer and before he even asked what the issue was I was rudely interrupted with “well there’s no warranty it’s been a year”. I brushed it off and continued to set up a service visit. Upon arrival, Terry not one time stepped into my home to check filter, thermostat, or temperature. In less than a 20 minutes visit, I was told I needed an expansion valve($600), he added Freon, charged me $115 and left. On a 90+ degree day our unit Couldn’t Keep the house any cooler than 78. After our “diagnosis”, the house couldn’t cool to less than 81. Not feeling that his diagnosis could be trusted, I phoned another company for a second opinion. This technician came out removed the panels off of my a/c unit and found 5” thick worth of ice!!! Not one time did Terry mention anything of a frozen unit and come to find out adding Freon to an already frozen unit does one thing . . . Make it worse!!! I was advised to turn my a/c off to allow it to thaw so a proper diagnosis could be performed and guess what . . . Less than $150 later my A/C is fixed!!! As a service employee myself, this is the reason customers have such a hard time trusting any type of servicing company!! Butler A/C service and especially Mr Terry . . . You should be absolutely ashamed!!!

Aaron, was outstanding! He was efficient while still taking time to answer all of my questions and explained things. He really knows his stuff! The company itself is incredibly responsive and fairly priced. The owner is also very nice. I will use them again.
