Quick to come out to check out our ac despite the bad weather. Very friendly and honest and I highly recommend. Didn't try and sell us on things that weren't needed, very honest and very fairly priced. They came recommended by our neighbors for the same reason and we absolutely agree. Thank you so much, it's refreshing to deal with an honest hvac company as so many are shady.

I've been using BH & A for all my air conditioning and gas heating needs for several years now. I have yet to be dissatisfied with any aspect of their business. Both technicians, Terry and Steve, are polite, honest, consummate professionals. Their prices are the lowest I've ever seen, while the quality of their work is consistently exceptional. When you call for a repair, you can expect to be treated as a priority. They will quickly schedule you in, and they always arrive on time. I could not recommend them more.

Was told the technician would be at my home "before lunch" on 05/24/19 and I didn't need to be at home for him to fix it. They apparently rolled by at 7:30 am and decided that someone did indeed need to be at the home. They rescheduled for Tuesday (without my permission) and a had poor attitude when I called about it.

Tl;dr These people don't understand schedules and lie. Go anywhere else.

Called at around 8:30am. Tech arrived at 12:30ish. Repaired quickly, very professional, friendly and repair was VERY reasonable! Will use again.

I’ve had my air go out twice and heat go out once in my current time and each time Aaron has come right out and corrected the issue and gotten the house comfortable again.
