Quality Heating and Cooling did a great job of carefully cleaning all the ducts in my house. They were thorough and very considerate of the furniture, floors and walls. While on the ladder they even asked for a cloth to carefully wipe down around the high return duct near the ceiling. Those extra consideration touches really make a difference.

I just want to share my experience with everyone to let them know a few things before they use this company. I have tons of cotton trees around my home and every year I have to have it cleaned and sprayed out. A job that typically if you signed up for their basic plan, at 198$ a year which I was planning on doing, you would think could cover. I currently have a warranty on my AC unit and the only thing I actually needed the company to do was to get that cotton out of it, which I made clear. I chose them becuase they were the quickest to be able to service my home. They made it very clear, that when they came out that cleaning the unit would be an ADDITIONAL cost. When the technician showed up, we walked out to the system and he instantly said he didnt have a hose long enough to reach it. My water spigot is on the front of my home and the AC unit is on the side so there isnt anything unordinary about my home. I told him I could supply a hose long enough (something a technician would maybe have with him to do the job?) And he put his arms up in the air and after a few seconds said... "75 dollars?" And that number came from nowhere. I feel like he just chose that number because it was a good round number. I was quite surprised that it would cost me 198$ PLUS this large cleaning fee of 75$. So just a heads up. My name is Justin and I've owned my home since May of 2015 and have nothing personal against this company but am just a homeowner who's trying to let other young homeowners avoid greedy company's like this. Great service and great people. Quality is in their name and they take that seriously. We had them do a furnace and AC tune up (a great deal if you get the package) and they cleaned all out duct work. You could actually tell the difference just breathing the air!!! Thanks Quality heating and cooling!!!

Thank you so much! Both techs had and wore masks, which is considerate and important right now. Arrived almost an hour ahead of schedule (but checked via text to make sure the earlier time would work for me). Issue resolved on the first visit. :)

After describing the problem I had in detail and that I suspected the blower motor was shot, the tech showed up and said nothing is wrong. 1 hour later I had to recall the tech out for the same problem and guess what? The problem was exactly what I thought it was, a blower motor in the furnace. Even better I got to pay a %266 mark up on a part that costs $325 retail. This means I paid $865 for a part that has a 1 year warranty from the manufacturer and I could have purchased the same part and warranty for $540 less and paid a reputable company labor for install and still walked away for price more reasonable than $950 (which is what I had to pay with a $85 service call). Thanks for bending me over the coals.
