Called MTS at 9am to my surprise they had an opening the same day later in the afternoon. The technician called an hour later and said he could come right over. Nick showed up and went through several steps to isolate the issue. A few calls later and quick trip to parts house Nick had my AC back up and running by noon or shortly after. The team Jake and Angie have are absolutely the best in the business. I will give all my HVAC work to Mech Tech Services and highly recommend to anyone looking for a honest professional.

Technician Nic H. arrived at scheduled time. Nic was professional and courteous. Service and diagnosis to HVAC System was efficient. Recommend MTS to everyone needing their HVAC installed and/or serviced in the Caldwell/Boise area.

I called Mech Tech to do a maintenance on my gas fireplace. Has not worked correctly for some time. Nic was able to clean and find the issue. I have had 2 other companies in that could not find or fix the issue. Thank you Nic and Mech Tech Services!

We were very pleased with the knowledgeable service that we received on our gas fireplace.

The tech they sent to my home for a thermostat installation was early, professional, courteous, personable, clean and informative. He had no problem showing me how the new equipment worked, and wasn’t running for the door as soon as he finished the install (unlike so many other companies out there). I couldn’t have asked for more.

Mech Tech replaced a couple of heat pumps in our office building. They were quick, professional, and did a great job. Jake also did a terrific job of communicating with us throughout the process.

They are in a hurry to get your money and leave. New HVAC indoor unit duct noise is very loud compared to unit they replaced when running AC. Was told that is because intake is next to unit. They adjusted the blower speed down, but still very loud when running AC. Now discovered when running only central fan 1/2 the registers have no air moving. On the good side when the heat is on there is very little duct noise, all the registers blower hot air, and warms house nicely. I would not recommend this company or this equipment.
