Used Mech Tech a few weeks ago for maintenance on my furnace as well as installing a tankless water heater. From the start, the Mech Tech crew were very responsive and timely which was very appreciated with my work schedule.
The technicians answered my question and were very thorough during the install. Post install, Angie, applied for the Intermountain Gas rebate in my steed, saving me from one more to do item.

Overall, I was VERY pleased with the service and I would wholeheartedly recommend.

Our AC went down and Mech Tech was able to have someone out the next morning and a quote the same day. They were willing to work with us
and our budget and gave us a good low cost alternative to replace just the compressor, as well as discuss the pros and cons of whole new unit vs just the compressor. We called 3 other companies - all were significantly more expensive for a full unit replacement and would not give us a price for just a compressor. Jake and Taylor were both very knowledgeable and professional.

A gentlemen came out to install a new ecobee smart thermostat unit. Outside my WiFi AP causing a little issue with initially connecting it up to the internet to have access to some of the smart features everything else went quick and without issue. He even showed me a little how the unit works and what to do if I have any issues with the unit. Overall it was an excellent experience.

We had a great experience with Jake and Mech Tech. They were recommended to us by the previous owners and we are so happy they did. Jake was professional, conscientious and willing to work with our time frame. We would highly recommend Mech Tech. Thanks for your help Mech Tech.

Great service and value! We had an outage and they were so quick to respond and help us. Scott took the time to diagnose, offer suggestions, and make the necessary repairs. I highly recommend them!

We contacted them for our gas fireplace for cleaning and maybe a repair, had an appointment within 2 days. They were on time, professional and did a fantastic job. They did not try to sell me something I did not need. Would definitely recommend this company

Taylor Julio came to check our furnace that had developed a loud noise when it kicked on. He had to go to three places to get the part it needed. I was charged the same price quoted when I called plus for the part. He gave us the price he thought the part would be and said he would call if we wanted before purchasing it. He explained that they have a maintenance package I could check into by calling the office. I will be calling Mech Tech before anyone when I need assistance. Taylor was great to work with.

I called them to have my fireplace worked on. They got someone out the next day. Julio came to work on the fireplace. He was professional and kind. He answered all of my questions. As an added bonus, I love that he wore shoe coverings and laid down a mat to work over. I would recommend.
