The mechanic that did the work on our water heater was fabulous. Tom Bullock was extremely knowledgeable and did an incredible job. He left it looking and working better than it ever had. He instructed us on how to maintain the unit so it will work more efficiently and last longer. We will be calling Drake again for all our plumbing needs. Thanks!

I called Drake to have a gas line put in for my new stove, they came out immediately to give me a bid however they have canceled 3 times for the installation.

Jerry told me there was "nothing he could do" and to find someone else if I didn't want to reschedule for the 4th time. I have never received such poor customer service and I would not recommend this company.

John was out to fix a plumbing issue that was the result of a DIY renovation by a previous homeowner. He was able to quickly diagnose a fix, and repaired it. He was polite, courteous, and a big hit with my 2-year old son. I highly recommend Drake Mechanical.

When there is an emergency, they are a company that actually does all they can to get there as soon as they possibly can to fix your broken Air Conditioner, hot water heater, etc.

Jordan and John came and were very professional even though we did not have an emergency. They checked out our water heater, cleared a bathroom drain and adjusted a toilet all in 15 minutes.
