Our Plumber was John (from England) was amazing. On time, clean and professional. He explained everything very well, spent enough time to ensure we were educated on our choices so we could make the correct decision for our home. He was even able to complete the work promptly and went the extra mile to build a reenforced area under our water heater prior to instal. It was a bonus that he was clean and very funny! Highly recommend that his boss give him a raise!

We have had them come out multiple times to work on our toilet and every time the guys have been nothing but polite and professional. They do excellent work for a good price. I will absolutely continue to use them and recommend them to everyone I know when they have issues!

I had them come out today, and it was Jordan instead of Matt. Jordan is awesome as well, and I'm very happy I called. He got me fixed up in about 30 minutes!

Our main water shut off valve was leaking and needed to be replaced. Drake Mechanical was recommended to me by a friend, and I am so glad I went with them. They were at our house about 2 hours after I called, and the whole replacement took maybe an hour to complete. Super fast, friendly, and professional service. I called at 9am and we had our water back on by 12:30, I am very impressed, thank you!!!

We've been using Drake Mechanical for almost 20 years. I trust them for all of my plumbing and HVAC needs. Most recently my furnace flue needed to be replaced and my water heater removed and reinstalled.
Curtis and Thomas did a great job. They were pleasant and professional and got the job done with a minimum of fuss.

The day after I first called Drake Mechanical, Technician Troy and his partner showed up on time for the appointment. Listened carefully and immediately got to work. Less than an hour and a half later they had totally solved my heating problem. Much less expensive than I had expected. I highly recommend Drake and am glad I called them.

Today I had Tom B. and Nate G. over to fix a kitchen and a toilet issue. They were quickly able to resolve both and kindly share with me what was going on and why. I really enjoyed them and appreciate the time and thoughtfulness they put into their work!

My husband and I recently moved into an awesome rental house built in 1915, though with old, great properties come lots of hiccups and repairs. In the last month, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting several guys at Drake’s. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They know my landlord and house well, and have been an excellent source of information as we get to know our new home. I’m sure today won’t be the last time, though I always know we’re in good hands with Drake!

Great service and they always show up on time!! Our technician Thomas explained exactly what he needed to do to install new plumbing lines in the kitchen and their team also ran a gas line to our kitchen - Great customer service and super clean work - They even coordinated the building inspector for us, so it was very easy to do business with them and no loose ends to worry about when they were done. We highly recommend Drake Mechanical and will use them again for sure!!

Very friendly on the phone and follow up was very prompt. They called me the next day to schedule a time to have someone come out just like they told me they would. Our tech, Thomas, was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again in the future.
