Island Cooling

We installed three Quiet Cool fans to our home in Windward Oahu. Wow! These fans are amazing. They have made our house so much cooler in the summer heat. Not only do we love the fans but Ivan and his team have been so responsive to problems. The customer service is AMAZING. Do yourself a favor and make a plan to install these fans to help cool down your home.

We purchased a Quiet Cool ventilation system which they installed. Very clean install. The system works fabulously. Shut west facing windows and leave east facing windows open. It draws in the cooler air and pulls hot air out through the attic. It drops the temperature by 5 - 8 degrees. And the gentle breeze feels great. I highly recommend Island Cooling and their products. We live in Kona but they service all the islands.

Al helped me install my whole house fan 12 years ago…still works great! Ivan helped me recently switch out the ceiling grill to a removable one for easier cleaning. Ivan also assisted me with setting up for an attic fan install. Great service, really professional

I had a whole house fan installed several years ago. The installation went smoothly and professionally. The system works very well to cool my home in the evening. I run it for an hour or 2 to cool the house once the outside air temperature drops and I rarely need to use A/C . When I needed a minor repair they were very quick to respond.

Very professional company. The rep showed us videos of how the fan works and how powerful it is. The product is excellent. The fan draws the cool air from outside of the house and pulls it into the house. Far cheaper to use this than air conditioning. Even though it’s not as cold as air conditioning, it keeps the house cool and comfortable while saving money. Our family is very happy with our fan. Thank you!

The large ceiling exhaust fan is very effective and is used contantly to cool one of my rental units. The remote controls are effective and have been 100% reliable.
I installed the unit myself and haven't had to call on the services of Island Cooling so can't comment on their service response.

Installation was done quickly and professionally. We are pleased with the cooling effects of the fans which were installed in the bedrooms and living room. Ivan responded quickly when we had concerns and showed up right away to check on a problem and had it resolved. Although this is not air conditioning, we would highly recommend Island Cooling if you're searching of a cooling system that is energy efficient.

I couldn’t be more happy with the HVAC duct and vent installation. And the Solar fans which went in on the same day. The results are pretty amazing. Especially with the hot weather we have had lately.
The work was finished the work in quick time. Very efficient I must say. I was a bit skeptical about well this would work but it’s better than what I expected. Thank you to Island Cooling.

I purchased a thermal barrier and vent ducts, and a solar attic fan for a roof/attic on the North Shore. The products have worked great. Pleased with Island Cooling for providing the product. The thermal barrier worked way better than I expected. Reduced the heat temperature in a single wall construction home by 15-20 degrees at least.

I called Island Cooling because my house was sometimes hotter than outside. Ivan came to the house, looked around and luckily had a new fan product for vaulted ceilings. He explained everything and didn’t try to oversell. Installation went well, and Ivan was always a call away if we had any questions. We are so happy with the whole house fan and with Island Cooling!
