Weldon has provided great service and support on all my heating and air conditioning issues. Matt is super knowledgeable and takes time to explain everything. They are honest, trustworthy, and very reliable. Claudia also provides exceptional customer service scheduling and keeping track of appointments. I feel they are the gold standard in the Decatur and Tucker area!

Paul came out on Christmas Eve in 10° weather within an hour and a half of my call. He identified the problem within a few minutes and within an hour had made repairs and my furnace was back on and providing heat. He was professional, explained everything clearly and showed me what he was doing. The price was fair and I am very grateful I chose Weldon to call. I highly recommend this company.

Can't say enough about Weldon. Have used them at two properties now. They were remarkably responsive at least twice when I had "close to emergency" situations trying to sell a property. And recently Paul came and did the most thorough A/C service on two units I have encountered. He really knows his stuff and does quality work. Highly recommend!

Their service is excellent. They stand behind their work and guarantee. They came out change out a bad circuit board. After about 11 months later they came out again, locates the same problem with a bad circuit board. They got a new board the next day and swap it out, run all the test and everything is running again. Everything was under warranty, no charge. Honest people doing honest work.

Weldon replaced our 22 yrs old HVAC system. Everyone from Claudia, Eric, Matt, Victor and Dale were all professional and friendly. It felt like we were their most important client. Installation was quick, clean and tidy. The price was less than 1/2 of the quote from our previous service company. Weldon made suggestions that saved us money! Weldon is an outstanding company. They have serviced my HVAC systems since 2002 and installed a new unit on the second floor. They are courteous, thorough and reasonably priced. I trust them 100%.

Eric, Paul, and Matt all came to help me install a new thermostat system. It ended up being much more complicated than we expected, but they stayed and made sure everything was done and answered all of my questions patiently. They went above and beyond to make me feel taken care of and offered to do much more than what was expected. I will definitely use them again for any HVAC needs.

Came out same day. Competitor said repair would cost “thousands”. Paul troubleshot the issue, performed thorough diagnostics and had us at 100% performance for under $200. Wish there was a 10 star rating!

I saw Eric at a neighbor’s, and he gave me the main business number to Weldon and told me to talk to Claudia—who was awesome. She explained that they were so busy that she was not able to allow Eric to service my unit that day but put me on the schedule for the next available time.
I got a text and an email prior to Erik showing up to let me know that he was on the way. he was on time (in fact a few minutes early); he was so courteous, he told me that my last technician had left off the caps which would cause more leakage, and he gave me caps for free. Then he gave me—in detail—the cost before charging me and before finishing everything that he was doing (which Claudia had given me generally).
I was so impressed with how he checked back with me on everything and didn’t leave until he told me that my air conditioning unit was functioning at optimal performance .
I experienced this as excellent service, and better than I’ve probably had from any HVAC guy, except for my dad who was in the business.

Highly recommend. They diagnosed the problem and laid out all the options we had. Other companies did give similar options but not with the clarity and honesty Weldon Co did. They also gave me a run down on our current zone system.
