After years of paying , trusting and being mislead by other local Heating/AC companies in the Atlanta area, I have found the very best Heating/Air company that absolutely goes above and beyond their expectations. Could not be more satisfied with my experience with Weldon. Chip was super friendly and helpful. He was able to determine the cause of the issue after some troubleshooting and fixed it very quickly. The scheduling process was incredibly efficient and easy. Will definitely be using Weldon for all HVAC needs in the future.

I called initially because my furnace wouldn't light. Weldon sent a crew by to see what was going on and they determined that the electronic controller had gone bad. They walked us through our options (replace the board or replace the unit since another part might go bad after we replaced the board). We told them we wanted to get a second opinion, and they gave us ample time to do so. The other company reviewed Weldon's quite and said that they couldn't come even remotely close to what they had quoted. So I called and set up the replacement of the unit.

The guys just left. They were extremely personable, professional and knowledgeable. They just did a great job, even troubleshooting the thermostat connections when a short kept tripping a breaker. Excellent service. I would certainly recommend.

We have used Weldon Heating & Air for over 20 years in each of the three homes we've owned along the way. Technicians Paul and Dale are extremely trustworthy and many times I've left them in my home and run out to carpool or an appointment. When we were young with our first house, Paul showed my husband how to fix our temperamental furnace himself so we could nurse it along. Chip Weldon, the owner, brings his promise of making things right. Weldon and his team provide honest service: no tricks, no upselling.

Originally contacted Weldons to get an estimate on installing a mini-split unit that I had already purchased for my Sunroom. They were half the price of the larger HVAC companies and installed it the day after it arrived. Everything worked great and they warrantied their work. Also, the service techs Dale and Nehemiah were great!
A few weeks later I had my business HVAC repair company come by my office to service a furnace. They said unit couldn’t be repaired and needed to be replaced. Called Weldons again and they quickly repaired unit and gave it a clean bill of health for a few hundred dollars. They will get all of my business from now on !

12 years ago I needed a new furnace. A buddy of mine hooked me up with Weldon Heating and Air in Tucker. 770 938 4629. Best thing that could have happened. Weldon put in a new Goodman. They did it fast and to estimate. It was all very reasonable. In a dozen years I have needed only two service calls. Each time Weldon went above and beyond. Same day service. (The second call required a major part and Weldon's crew still got the job done the day I called.) Couldn't have been nicer, more accommodating, knowledgeable, and professional. Great folks, solid product and support, and a joy to work with.

Mr. Weldon and his crew are very responsive and take excellent care to make sure we understand what they are doing while making repairs.

Paul actually came out to our home. He was thorough and explained everything quite well. He only did work that was within reason and helped save us money. He explained everything to me as i was curious. We've had issues with other companies, but this was exactly what people look for in AC services. Thanks!
