The technician gave us long term and short-term options to solve the issue given our budget constraint, which was very thoughtful. Booking an appointment was fantastic with email updates and text update/confirmation. The technician was punctual, arrived on time, and got to work right away. After installation, they walked us through what had been done and provided the maker's, Lennox, manufacturer's warranty in addition to their company's , AIC, 3 year warranty. Overall, my experience with this company has been excellent and I recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy HVAC contractor.

I had an issue with my AC unit intermittent going On and Off. I called AiC and they came out and fixed it right away. I was glad that it only turned out to be a loose wire connection. They also refilled my refrigerant and my AC unit ran great all summer long. I would recommend them to anybody.
