McCall's HVAC

Service agent was very thorough was excellent at giving additional information to improve the performance of my heating and air. His personality and attitude was extremely helpful and made It easy to ask questions to get other issues resolved

first off the person who made my first appointment was rude and even laughed at me when i told her i have a sleeping disorder and couldn't be up for a 9am appointment ! So we agreed on a appointment for 11am . Well no one showed revived a call around 12:30pm say they didn't know about my appointment until then but the appointment was made a week earlier! so now i have to take another day off work and lose more money waiting again so the 2nd appointment for today at 10am but here it is 12pm and they call and say it will be 2 more hours this company needs to get things together.....

I was really satisfied with the service McCall's Heating and Air provided. Bryant was extremely helpful with walking me through the process and giving me a great deal. I'd recommend McCall's Heating and Air to anybody in the Savannah area.

I just had my A/C system repaired.The service technician arrived on time,infact he was early.The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. This hot summer I do not have to worry about my a/c system,after this repair.McCall is highly recommended by me.

Professionalism and courtesy start at the office door. As an ex employee. I can tell you, the reason the technicians, production teams and staff conduct themselves in such a professional manner is because they work in a positive secure inviroment. There is NOT a better company to work for or do business with in Southeast Georgia! And if you think I'm just try butter up. Well then the jokes on you, I'm in prison! Kidding. It's just a great company.
