Tevin was absolutely amazing. He updated me as to when he was going to be here and in route. He diagnosed everything very quickly. He answered several of my questions (even the dumb ones), very knowledgeable and super sweet about everything. I couldn't ask for better. This is now my person. He even wiped his shoes before coming inside (I take notice and appreciate little things like that).

Had my A/C unit looked at and replaced during the same week, and was very impressed with the service Tevin and his team provided. Tevin was extremely professional, knowledgeable and dedicated to getting us the right A/C unit for our home. Work was performed very diligently and they cleaned up in the area they worked in (plus - plus). The price(s) was very reasonable and his service was impeccable. I left a message for an appointment through their website on Sunday and received a call back within 10 minutes. They came out to my Boutique on Tuesday and finished up on Wednesday. Very professional and courteous. I will definitely call them back for any issues I may have with my store's hvac system.

Tech was very professional and courteous. My air was blowing hot air and I couldn’t take it. First the tech said it would be the next day but he called me back and said he would be able to come same day!! I was relieved. He came and fixed my issue and now I’m cooling…. Literally 😊

Awesome. Tevin worked with me and got it figured out and done. He and the guys working for him are hard working, and I think their work ethic as a company/group is something for other companies to aspire to. They’re problem-solving, patient, polite, professional, and friendly. They absolutely WILL give you the reasonable price, work within reason on your budget to accomplish your goal, while taking care to provide above and beyond quality work. Thanks man. The only constructive criticism I’d have is timeline predictions. But, this is a testament to their work ethic because I know there is a combination of overworking/overstretching (at least of Tevin as a single person) and complications dealing with this old house, but they kept going and got it done. You will not regret utilizing their services.

I called Tevin to assist me with a problem with the outside AC unit/condenser, which was sitting on the ground and in danger of being flooded with the heavy rains storms we get often.

Tevin arrived on time, discussed the issue and solution with me. Tevin made the necessary changes needed to protect my A/C unit from being flooded or and there is a decreased risk electrical malfunction.
