McCall's HVAC

McCall HVAC is an excellent and professional HVAC contractor who wants to meet your needs and most importantly your budget and does not try to sell systems when called in for repair & maintenance. Brian, the owner of the company, took the time to listen and address all the issues and concerns that I had about my two AC systems. He offered several options but never tried once to push a sale. He saved us from spending money uselessly and defer the expense until it is necessary to do so. Brian recommended cost-effective options while maintaining performance of the systems. Brian was very knowledgeable about all brands and their track record and described the performance issues we faced to a tee.
Upon request, he scheduled a technician on the same day today who arrived within 15 minutes.
Tim Bowles, the service technician, was very responsive and knowledgeable about my Lennox AC system that has had a history of repairs. Tim was able to find the source of the problem immediately. He offered short-term and long term fixes that will improve the performance of the system. Tim's practical knowledge and excellent customer service skills were appreciated as he was focused on our needs. We will switch to MCCall after this initial visit. McCall was highly recommended by two other homeowners through word of mouth. I can see why.

McCall's has far surpassed my expectations especially in the area of customer service and dealing with my Home Warranty Company. Sue was exceptional with her persistent follow up and both technicians were knowledgable, on time, kind and easy to talk to. Thank you so much for all of your help and you have a customer for life!

Working with McCall's HVAC was a very rewarding experience. The staff was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Roy was extremely patient with us and our unforseen situation. We would definitely use this company again. They get an A+ for the work that they did and the timely manner in which the work was completed. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed. In fact, you will be very pleased.

Our ac went out in our rental house and Tim B was out the same day diagnosed the problem and had a new outdoor unit installed that same day. Tim B was very knowledgeable and was a hard worker. We definitely will be using McCalls HVAC again!

I highly recommend these guys, they are very responsible and will go out of their way to accommodate your needs. Tim went above and beyond, fixed my A/C within minutes, he was very respectful and I could tell he genuinely cared to make sure he got my air fixed before he left. I appreciate their business!!

We'd used McCall's for years. In 2018, it was sold to Bryant Dunn. Unfortunately, ownership was not the only change. Immediately after their "maintenance," rescheduled at their request and for their convenience, my formerly perfectly working furnace used some 4X the usual gas (now back to normal). Occupancy, weather, and power data all showed no reason for this increase. To check this problem, I requested a different tech and was informed McCall's no longer employed him. For the follow-up appt, McCall's sent a tech on the wrong day. On the right day, they again called to reschedule, and I refused. They sent Mr. Dunn, who claimed the questionable tech, currently employed there, was one of their best ones, altho I had seen and heard him seeking assistance on a basic system. Mr. Dunn also asserted there was no way they could have done anything to cause my furnace's malfunction, and that since his employees weren't robots he couldn't be sure appointments would be kept, thereby refusing responsibility for both technical and administrative service. He fumed that I should find another contractor. No problem there. This company retained an established, respected name; but in our experience, the reliable old company no longer exists. We have done business with McCall's for over 10 years. They are extremely professional and
always prompt for appointments and in returning calls. They have our complete confidence in their maintenance of our air-conditiining/heating unit. From the receptionist to the service techs, McCalls is
definitely a 5-star company!

Thank you Sue for setting up an appointment in less than 24 hrs for a service call especially doing this COVID-19 time.Tim the tech was on time actually early, had a great professional manners answers all my questions and show me where my A/C filter was which was one of the reasons for my call.
