This is an exceptional company with exceptional people working for the company , about 2 years ago I was looking to replace 2 AC units for our large house , This is a large job that requires knowledge and precision I contacted several companies and received few quotes.
I selected Perfection Air to install and service my AC units , I couldn’t be happier with my selection, at anytime with any questions or issues I received a prompt response from the company, either same day or next day service ,

Perfection Air are most honest air and heating company in metro Atlanta.I had 20 different bit before I came across Perfection Air,from large corporations to Mom and Pops. Palmer looking to as much as they can by "upgrading" your system with a larger unit and extras you really don't need. looking for a one-time business deal where they hit and run.
Perfection Air are looking for a long time relationship. They gave me the best product We need .When I asked them about a larger unit or extras they told me that I do not need it and I'll waste my money.they installed the unit very quick and left the place spotless they are the best company I have ever dealt with.

Was easy to schedule a technician visit.
Technician explained the problem and fixed it.
No extra charges above the amount agreed over the phone.

I called Perfection Air, after my tenants called during Atlanta's first winter night with no heat. Ashley helped me schedule Joe to come over at night to get my tenants back up and running quickly. They were able to work with me on timing and price, and were a pleasure to work with throughout the process.

So. I have a bit of a rant. I have been using perfection air for over 5 years. Over that period of time, I have had to have almost all components of the system in my house replaced (outdoor fan and coil, indoor condenser coil, furnace, zone system, replace ductwork). During that time, I consider myself to have been a very loyal customer.
On almost every job that has been performed at my house, I have had to have a service tech come back to remedy a problem with the original install. This is true for the zone system, outdoor fan, and the indoor condenser coil. The condenser coil alone has required at least 5 service calls! Every time I have asked them to come back out to see about a problem, they act like I am inconveniencing them and they want to charge me a diagnostic fee (even though I have already had them out to assess the unit within the week).
The disconnect is that the service tech and repair techs are always separate people and have totally different tools and skill sets. And they never are at the house at the same time. So I never feel that the install is completely verified to be problem free before the work is complete and the repair tech leaves.
But my biggest complaint is that the manager refuses to talk through these issues to come to an amicable solution. This go round, the owner simply said they didn't need my business any more and hung up on me. Well, that's great, I suppose you no longer need me as a customer now that you have all my money for repairing every component of my A/C system over the past 6 years. Totally unprofessional and inconsiderate. Don't use this company unless you want the run around on every repair.

The first time I had them out, Joe worked tirelessly on our unit during a bad storm. They did quality in an honest manner for a fair price. We have been through one or two other HVAC companies. Perfection air wins hands down.
