I own a couple of rental properties in town, and my property manager hired Frady to fix an AC unit in one of my rentals. When the AC broke down in my own home, I reached out to Frady for help. Les was wonderful, was out to our house within the hour and guided us through our options in a way that helped us know we were making the right decisions. He had an estimate back to me before the promised time, and just really came through for us in a pinch. The technicians arrived exactly when promised and were very professional and courteous. Overall a very positive experience that has made Frady our go-to for all things heating & air.

Frady is amazing. Our ac went out on one of the hottest days of the year just before Memorial Day and having a one month of baby in the house I needed to get it fixed quick. After calling several places with no help, I contacted Frady. Joe the owner called me back right away and listened to my problem and reviewed several options with me. He come out with his son on that holiday weekend to install a new unit. Joe is great guy and he and his son did a great job and provided a far price. I highly recommend Frady to anyone with HVAC needs.

Les and Chris came out early and got to work. They do great work in a very reasonable time. The AC coil had to be replaced along with the refrigerant lines to the outside unit. Very professional work, looks great and they left the work area neat.

Frady came out to my job. I had planned on just doing some duct work but he talked some sense into me being that my system was over 15 years old and extremely inefficient. We discussed different options and I decided to go with the 19 seer goodman evolution system. It is pricey but well worth it. You can barely hear it run inside or out. While installing this his crew noticed my duct work was not sufficient so they added some returns in the upstairs and an extra supply for my office. This made a huge difference in the over comfort of my house. Based on my current usage my utilities will be cut in half at least. Frady might not be the cheapest and they are most certainly not the most expensive, in saying this i do think they are one of the best. Me and my wife are very happy!

Joe Frady was able to come to my house and fix our air conditioning in less than 24hr of calling him. Joe replaced a part on the unit and had it working again very quickly! Coming to our home on Labor Day, is what I call excellent customer service.

Had a large renovation project... attic conversion and complete removal,
replacement, and relocation of all equipment and duct work. Joe and Les have been exceptional to work with. Have been using them for some time now – from small system checks to this large, extensive project. Would definitely recommend.

Frady & Hall are honest, dependable, and extremely professional (and friendly). They came out quickly, explained everything in detail and gave us options, then completed the work quickly. I don’t usually post reviews but I had such a great experience with Frady and Hall that I felt like I needed to. Air went out they were at my house same day and had my unit replaced in no time. New unit, great price, great service, very trustworthy and clean. Thanks guys.
