I have had Atlanta Energy inspect my AC unit as it was not working . Todd was very helpful and quick to respond, answer any questions I asked patiently. He gave recommendations and suggestions which other providers did not. Will recommend it to others.

Todd did a fantastic Job!I live near the border between Smyrna and Marietta. Its not easy to find a air conditioning and heating guy that you can trust. You can trust Todd. I could not be more happy with my services. I will certainly be using him again in the future.

Todd is fantastic. He’s thorough, honest, and efficient. He has maintained our very old AC and put in gas logs for us. I plan to use him for all of our HVAC needs from here on out! Highly recommend!

On July 3rd, we noticed that the fan for our upstairs outside unit stopped spinning. I already looked up the symptom so I knew what the problem was. I put in a claim with our home warranty that afternoon for that issue and to possibly add freon, fully not expecting to see anyone until the following week since the 4th was the next day and we still had a full business day to schedule an appt. I received a phone call on the same day (July 3rd) around 6:30 pm and was asked if it was ok to come out that evening.... So Todd and Richard came out. They were both professional and courteous. They took their time to properly troubleshoot the issue and atiently answered my questions. Plus, not only did they replace the part that I knew needed replacing, they replaced it in the other unit as well as well as added a sealant and freon to the one that was low. Now our home is cool. We've had techs come out for the past several years and it was still always horribly hot all summer. When Atlanta Energy Solutions got our home cooling again, it confirmed that the other techs were not doing what they were supposed to. I really appreciate them coming all the way out to Paulding county and taking care of us. Especially since it was the night before a holiday. Honest, HVAC techs are extremely RARE. Thank you again!

Atlanta Energy Solutions was awesome.... Our a/c was not cooling. We called Atlanta Energy at 1pm and they were available at 4:30pm to come out on the same day. We were cool by dinner time (6pm). Thank you so much....

Todd fit me in the same day I called and fixed my heater quickly. He also cleaned my heater and did a thorough inspection - call him , you wont be disappointed!

AES was great!! Highly recommend! Todd came over at a moments notice to assist in our A/C issue. He was awesome, concise and up front on all potential outcomes. We are definitely going to use AES in the future!
