Late last week we noticed that our upstairs living area wasn't cooling well. We reached out to Atlanta Energy Solutions on the recommendation of a neighbor. Todd Jeffcoat responded promptly and arrived on schedule. Not only was he courteous, he quickly and thoroughly diagnosed the problem and fixed our issue at a fair price. We were very pleased and will definitely use Atlanta Energy Solutions again!

I cannot say enough great things about Atlanta Energy Solutions! I came home from vacation to find water coming from the unit in our basement! I immediately contacted AES and in know time Todd was at my home! Todd diagnosed the issue as a clog in the line. Not only did Todd repair my issue, but he recommend adding safety features that would shut off the system if this were to ever happen again! My previous HVAC company NEVER recommended these features! Great company with great prices!!!! I'm also a Realtor and I never recommend a company unless I have personally used them! This company is now on my client vendor list! Thank you, AES!

I had a problem with ac. Never used Todd before. He had some great reviews, and was local, so I tried him. He was on time , very professional, and fixed my problem. His cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend Todd to anyone. I will use him again, without a doubt. A breath of fresh air for the local hvac companies .

Atlanta Energy solutions is the best HVAC company I have experienced in a while and I have worked with several. The technician was professional, transparent, knowledgeable and affordable. He serviced my HVAC while I was on vacation and when we returned home a week later our AC worked like it was brand new! I would recommend Atlanta Energy Solutions for all of your HVAC needs. They truly look out for the best interest of the customer.

I highly recommend the good people are atlanta Energy solutions! I run a nonprofit that temporarily houses families in need. The ac broke and I contacted Atlanta Energy Solutions because of all the good reviews on NextDoor. I messaged them in the evening and received a return message the same evening. They are our the next day and fixed it very quickly. They are thorough and their prices can’t be beat. The communication was good and fast and so was the service. Really nice people.

We really needed some help on a Saturday as our downstairs air conditioning unit was spilling water even though we just had another company come out to "fix it". This time we called Atlanta Energy Solutions who didn't hesitate to come out to help quickly and really took the time to investigate what truly was the problem. Instead of rushing through to get out of there they spent the needed time and thought to get it done right. It was also great to have someone walk us through why it happened and suggest solutions to improve our system but with no pressure to buy the services. I highly recommend if you want someone you can trust to get the job done right the first time and who is respectful of your home.

Todd at AES is our go to guy for our HVAC needs. We've always experienced 5 star service. Todd is prompt in his communication and although very busy, he's always willing to fit us into his schedule. We appreciate his integrity and never feel like he's trying to upsell us on services. I highly recommend AES. You won't be disappointed.

DON'T USE SCAM! We went through our Home Warranty Company to repair our HVAC system. They dispatched Atlanta Energy Solutions. When he FINALLY showed up after 4 for a 2:30 appointment he stated there was a motor that was broken and he needed to order the part. He stated he couldn't order the part that day since the company closed at 4:30. When we followed up the following day (Friday) he stated he had ordered the part and it would be in on Monday. On Monday, I receive a call from our Home Warranty Company that he had just been authorized to order the appropriate part. We cancelled his services because we felt we were getting the run around. Fast forward - another company (Total Air Care - HIGHLY RECOMMEND) just left my house. The only issue was a lose wire.
Atlanta Energy Solutions only wanted the money from the warranty company. They were not concerned with customer service or the fact that it's over 90 degrees.
STAY AWAY!!!!!

During this most recent heat wave, we came home from traveling to find that our upstairs air was not working. The temp upstairs was in the 80s. Todd from Atlanta Energy was quick to come to our aid when most companies were telling us it would be weeks. Unfortunately for us, it was a major system repair, but Todd handled it pleasantly, promptly and most effectively as he could. Thank goodness we have air again! Thanks Todd!!!!

I would highly recommend Atlanta Heating and Air Solutions. I received a prompt reply to my request for service (within a few business hours), and a technician was at my house that afternoon in the stated window. After briefly explaining my problem, the issue was diagnosed within a few minutes. It required replacing a broken part, and within 24 hours, the part was ordered, received, and installed. I now have a working furnace. Thank you!
