Nail Heating & Air Conditioning

I had recently came home from vacation to find out that my ac had stopped working. I called nail heating and air and they were out before lunch the next day and had my ac fixed at a reasonable cost. I would recommend them to anyone that is having issues with there heat and air!

I have never used Nail Heating but I do personally know the Nails. If their HVAC work is anywhere near the quality represented by their character I would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my family or friends.

Staff were professional and respectful. They also did a follow up check on the new unit the next day. Customer service were excellent.

This company is not worth my time or my money. The receptionist (Samantha I think) forgot my first scheduled appointment. I rescheduled for the following morning and the technician showed up late that afternoon after I had left for work. Rescheduled again for first call. Guaranteed to be there by 8:30. The technician showed up after 10 because the office had sent them to another call first. I paid and it is fixed but I will never waste my time or money with them again.

The two gentlemen that came to my house was very professional. If I had any questions they answer them I wish I could give them more than five stars. This company goes above and beyond to help the customers.

I would never recommend this company to anyone.nail installed my unit in 2014 and my unit stopped working in 2018 i called another company to fix it because i didnt know who installed it at first. i then reach out to amanda ori the receptionist for a reimbursement and she adviced me that although my labor warranty was expired my parts warranty had 10years and now its voided because i used another company but that does negate the fact that i would have to still pay for labor on a faulty unit. I would never leave my handicapp child or myself in a home without a/c or heat for any period of time.

This company is amazing,Great customer service and very respectful! Did not take all day,they came and did what they had to do! They updated us on everything and kept it friendly!!! Definitely recommend them!

All of these people office and technicians are wonderful and special people. Steven was just here and did a great job. He even took the time to bring my garbage can up for me. He went beyond his job for me. Thanks

I called in the morning they came within a few hours. They diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue in one visit. The tech had the part available on hand and now my AC is blowing cold air. No problems as of right now.

Their outstanding HVAC technicians were extremely knowledgeable professional, and responded to our service call quickly. Best HVAC company in Henry County!
