I hate to rate this place with a 1, but the lady (Candace) who answered the phone wanted me to change my filter and call back later that day. I asked how far out they were booked and she said a couple of weeks. So, I said couldn't you schedule me, so 20 more people won't get ahead of me? If that does the trick, I will cancel I promise! She was a bit snotty about it but said she'd put me down for next week. Didn't give me a day or time. So I called around, had another company come out to assess. Turns out, I need a whole new unit, inside and out. I hope Mr Nail reads this, I have the $, had good intentions too. I did call Candace back to cancel an appointment I don't think she made anyway, and told her why. She seemed apologetic. I normally don't post bad reviews...you can look! Well, anyways...I have dropped the rock 🪨

We called Nail Heating & Air, they came out to inspect our current heating and air system, arriving when they said they would be there. After inspection and identifying the problem, they wrote up an estimate with three options and explained what all three entailed. We decided on what we wanted, they were back out within a couple of days and installed a new system. All work was very satisfactory. The employees were all very professional and polite. We would definitely use them again.

Steven came out to give us an estimate to install ductwork to 2 unfinished rooms in the basement. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Although we are in the dead heat of summer with people without working AC, he made it a priority to explain to us that because we have 3 fully functioning HVAC units there may be a delay in completing our job requests. After dealing with MANY contractors, he did not price gouge or make naive promises. He was frank and explained to us everything he would try to do (and did it). He did not pressure us and actually saved us a considerable amount of money because we initially wanted to reroute the ductwork builders installed. Simply put, the juice wasn’t work the squeeze. I appreciate his honesty, thoroughness, and knowledge. Not even a month later (which is quick today) work is complete. He showed up with his worker and ensured everything was done to code and our standard. I would highly recommend him and this company. Will definitely use again.

They replaced upstairs/attic air conditioning unit and shortly thereafter we had a leak in the ceiling over our living room. They denied any responsibility for damage. Cost over $2,000 to repair. Never used them again. Be careful. Went with Harding Plumbing and Heating and happy ever since,

We had a complete system replaced a couple of years ago at our previous house. When our unit went out in our new house, I called Nail because of the previous experience. Through the whole process they were professional and listened to our needs. What really impressed me was the fact that one of the installers was concerned that after he left that he may have missed something or forgot to check something. Nail heating and air then came back out the very next day to make sure that it was correct. That is the kind of service you need. The attention to making sure it is right is what every customer wants. Nail heating and Air proved to me they are a honest and trustworthy company. Thank you guys, I think you guys have earned a lifetime customer.

I was referred to this business and couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. The heating issue that I had was not covered by my home warranty company (just my luck) and the company they had come out provided an estimate that caused me to gasp for air. After calling Nail, Christine and Ronnie got my issue resolved in a very expeditious manner that resulted in over a 50% cost savings (excluding inspection fee). While, it's only been a few days since repair, I've been able to sleep comfortably without my thermostats sending any warning messages of extreme temperatures. Will recommend to others based off of this experience.

We replaced all 4 systems in our house. The Nail people were friendly and professional. The installation went well and the old units were removed and the job was left clean and the new units all work well. Couldn't ask for more. Would highly recommend them.

Nail Heating & Air provides excellent service. I had a ac and furnace replacement done and everyone I spoke to throughout the process was curious and responsive. Always available to answer questions and are proactive with their communication. I highly recommend Nail!

Steve Nail and his crew did an outstanding job replacing my AC unit. They were on time, courteous, hard working, and professional. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. My wife was the recipient of the Healthcare Hero Award. We are extremely grateful to Nail Heating and Air Conditioning, and the local Bryant representatives. I would highly recommend this company for any of your heating and air needs. I will continue to use them for all of my future needs. Thanks again for offering such great customer service. Any company can sell or install a unit for you, but you will not find better service than they offer.

Just before Christmas, our furnace quit working. Nail quickly worked us into their busy schedule, came when they said they would, were very polite and professional. We have an older furnace and sourcing the parts was challenging, especially with the holidays, but they got us fixed up ASAP. Had one glitch afterward, and I panicked, but they were back out in a flash and had us straightened out and warm again same day. Kudos for great customer service (and patience), and for quick, professional, reasonably-priced work. Highly recommend this company.
