Such a great experience during a stressful time! From the technician that inspected our unit, to the gentleman assessing for unit options, to the installers! We needed a whole unit replacement - and they made it as painless as possible. I was given options and realistic prices. I never felt like there were sales pitches or that I was being talked down to. And everything was installed while I was at work! The only way I knew someone had been in my house was it wasn’t 85 degrees inside, and they left goodies for me! There was no mess. And when I say they replaced everything...I mean units, ducts, thermostats, everything! And. No. Mess. When I got home from work I was stunned that the van wasn’t in the driveway with guys still working! Beyond impressed with this company.

Delivered as quoted and ahead of schedule. From the initial phone call with Candice, the sales person, and the install techs (Geoffrey & Brian), they were all professional and friendly. 100% satisfied!

The people who work for this company are very nice. We've been customers for several years, and I've finally come to the conclusion that we can no longer afford it. They sold us a defective HVAC unit, which started breaking down within 6 months. Rather than offer to replace it and deal with the manufacturer, they've been charging us hundreds of dollars to repair it twice a year. After being told we have to pay to replace yet another coil on a unit that is barely 5 years old, my husband and I decided to call a more reliable service. We've been advised our unit was a lemon, and we'd have to replace it. Again. We will not be using NAIL.

We put off replacing our AC unit until no parts were available for it. We have used Nil Heating & Air since 2004 when we bought our house. They have always treated us fair and quickly. We are very happy with theie work and prices. Thank you

After receiving multiple quotes and comparing equipment we made the decision to go with Steve Nail H & A/C. It was the best choice we could have made because his team came out on time and did a great job installing the unit and at a very competitive price. Great Job!

Nail Heating and Air in Henry County was asked to diagnose an air conditioner problem at our house and let us know if the repair would be over $300. Instead they did not diagnose, and simply put $333 worth of Freon in our air conditioner( how even?!?), which then totally leaked out within 24 hours. When confronted with their poor service, they gave us a "complimentary" visit to confirm the leak, which my husband found himself after their first visit. They agreed that the leak he found was the root cause, and then said it would be $596 more to fix in addition to the $333 they already charged us for 24 hours of Freon (not to mention the environmental hazard they created by filling a leaking system!). My husband told them we did not need their assistance anymore, and found another company who did the total repair and Freon refill for 150 bucks. Stay away from Nail heating and air, they are a dishonest short cutting company

This is an excellent company. The technicians arrived to my home during the scheduled timeframe and did an excellent job servicing my HVAC system.
