Nail Heating & Air Conditioning

This is my first time using Nail and I am editing my initial review because although I did like my technician and they were professional, I paid $800 for a new coil only to find out 1-2 months later(when all of my freon leaked out twice) that I had a leak in my line. I spoke with the owner about my concern and he explained that unfortunately there was no sure way to tell if the coil was truly bad since they no longer had the coil due to the time that it was installed vs. when we finally realized the root cause. I also explained that I was concerned when the technician diagnosed my issue within 3 minutes of going into my attic after being charged the additional $200 fee. I was assured by the technician that the coil was bad and there was no need to perform a line leak test. Because of what happened and the fact that no offer was made to compensate my loss, I decided to use another company to have my line repaired---also which was not offered by Nail. Nail told me I would have to completely replace the lines at a cost of $1500. I got my line fixed for $500 by the other company and have not experienced a single issue since. I don't want to completely write them off as a bad company, but I definitely feel like I got the short end of the stick in my experience.

These guys are slow and meticulous, did a great job and happy with the new unit and the price. Very clean and tidy install. Rerouted some other things original installer made a mess of too. Easy to work with, very friendly, just be patient. Even coordinated my gas hookup for me. Above and beyond expectations, but they work at their pace, not yours. We were not in an emergency and happy to wait if they had to put an emergency ahead of us, which they did. Hope they do the same for us and confident they will if required.

Very happy with the install from Nail HVAC! Mr. Steven Nail gave me early arrival details and showed up on time. He walked me through all the details of the work to be completed, and I was very surprised how fast he completed the job. Without a doubt a great company to do business with. Just had new ACs installed and furnaces. Service guys were polite and very customer service friendly. I did my shopping around to compare prices but no-one could come close to Nails prices. Great company wont use anyone else.

I've been a customer of Nail Heating and Air for nearly 10 years. When my current HVAC system finally called it quits last week, I was not prepared to have it replaced. We live in a chaotic world right now, and there is so much uncertainty. How could this happen?!

I put in a request for service and recieved a call from their office. A technician was out here on Monday only to tell me my system needed to be replaced. Tuesday, the new system arrived at their location, and Wednesday, the entire new system was installed. Steven and Jeffrey worked tirelessly to make sure everything was perfect, and clearly explained everything to me. Not to mention, they left no mess. There was not one trace of them being here!

Again, while we live in a time of uncertainty, it is so comforting to know that a company understands and is there to help. Thank you, Steven and Jeffrey! And thank you Mr. Nail for building an amazing business that many can trust!

I spoke to the owner (Steve) about my air being broken and was called by someone at the office within 30 minutes of our conversation. Someone was out the very next day, at the exact time scheduled and the problem was solved within 30 minutes. We were provided with great customer service. The gentleman who came out was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We will definitely be using this company for our future needs!

I give this company a 10 plus rating. We had an emergency situation and needed a new HVAC system. They took out the old, installed the new within 24 hours. The service guys were on time, very efficient, courteous and friendly. Also took the time to explain how the online system works and answered all our questions. We are very satisfied

Had a HVAC changeout done today by Nail Heating and Air. As a recently retired chief building inspector for a metro Atlanta county I have seen the good and bad in this industry. I am happy to report this company is one of the good ones. I was very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy shown by the two technicians performing the work on my home. Stephen and Jeffery were knowledgeable and proficient during the entire process. I would highly recommend this company and will certainly use them as the need arises.
