They responded within 2 hours on a day that the temperature was going down to 7 degrees. Charles was very cordial and had the problem diagnosed and repaired in 30 minutes.

Outstanding service and responsiveness. Charles is the best! We dismissed a provider we have had for over 20 years due to overselling and relentless upgrade push.

Very polite. Quick to respond when I needed a service repair. Appt schedule called me twice (once to set up and then to confirm). Tech was nice and showed up earlier then scheduled (after confirmation that was okay) which was nice. Diagnosed problem quickly and was very responsive.
Turns out my system was under warranty for parts so they ordered and I just have to pay for install.

Was able to have a professional come same day to fix air. Expert was able to diagnose problem quickly, and replaced the part. He also stayed to ensure they system was working and temperature inside was dropping. Will use again, great experience.

I have used Fritts twice and both times they have been prompt, professional and honest. The first time they fought with the maker of our unit to get it covered as it was ever so slightly outside the warranty time and the second was a small repair. Their prices are reasonable and the techs knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend to everyone

I’ve been using this business for both my home and business. Difficult to get anyone on the phone or return messages. I asked to have a dryer vent cleaned out and had a previous company doing it once every 3 months. It was time to do it again and they wanted to take pictures and get back with me but didn’t. I have issues now and can’t get a hold of anyone even though it says online they’re open

Thomas was prompt, on time, very polite and resolved the issue. Then went above and beyond, went into the crawl space and checked for any unseen/unknown issues that may arise.
I will be using you again for any other Heat/AC needs i may have.

Eli is Awesome! He arrived early, identified my problem quickly and arranged for my whole house dehumidifier to be replaced under warranty. You don’t run across too many companies often that respond and offer such great service. My experience was awesome and I encourage all who read this review to use them!
