This company is honest, trust worthy, and professional. Their prices are very fair and below some of the larger competitors. They give you an honest evaluation of your problem without making any unnecessary fixes and will always try to fix rather than an expensive replacement when at all possible. Their repairmen are knowledgeable, professional and will take the time to show you everything they are doing and answer all your questions and concerns. The owner is very polite and takes great pride in the training and quality of workmanship that he and his employee's are doing. I cannot express how refreshing it is to have a company so honest and professional to come out and do such a great job. I highly recommend this company to my family, friends and all those out there that need a AC/heating repair. I will never use another company.

Had our units serviced before the big summer hear hits. Eli was extremely professional and made sure everything was good to go. Also make sure you ask about their yearly maintenance contract.

I recently had my a/c unit repaired that controls my kids bedrooms. I called and they were able to fit me in the same day. They also replaced all of my filters and closed off a vent. All of this service was professional and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Fritts Heating & Air to anyone!

Fritts Heating and Air went out of their way to take care of me. They were polite, knowledgeable, and professional the entire time . They had someone to my house to look at a broken air conditioner with in an hour and managed to somehow get me a new unit (at a great price) fully installed the very same day . Thank you!

The crew was on time, actually early. This company does a better job than the others. I shopped prices. Although they are slightly more, they are the only company I called that actually sends a brush through the ductwork and then does the vacuuming of the debris from the ductwork. Other companies only vacuum and do not send the brush through, so you don’t get as good and thorough cleaning. The crew advised me along the way of what they had cleaned, and what they considered the condition of the ductwork to be. They did a minor repair on a piece of ductwork that had come loose. After the cleaning, they replaced the filters. I am very happy with the work and feel better breathing the air. I will recommend this company to family and friends. I actually will be calling them soon to have them back out and explain the thermostats that came with this house.

The guys that were installing my air conditioning unit accidentally replaced the wrong unit. My downstairs was broken and they replaced the upstairs unit. Luckily I asked how I would know when the downstairs unit was working and they realized their error. They spent the entire day at my house fixing their mistake and now I have two working units. I would still recommend them, very nice and professional.

Fritts Heating and Air is the only company that helped me with a true emergency. My Mother of 89'yrs is in very bad health and the other day when it was almost 90' our AC went out, problem is that it went out late Saturday night. We called every company on the internet, Sid with Fritts was the only company that truly agreed that we needed to get my moms room back to a healthy temp, he further said he would put us on the schedule first thing in the morning before it started to get hot, he also said that he was booked , but if need be he would be there extra early. Well he was, 7:00 AM, everything was fixed by eight and by no means was the price out of line. Thank you, Fritts HVAC, and especially Sid for caring.
