I found this company on Facebook. I needed a couple valves changed on my kitchen faucet. The faucet was already installed and he didn't have to do any hard work. The job only took 15 min or less to do and he charged me $200. He Never communicated the price to me like he said and he refused to show me the receipt of the valves he purchased.I was completely blindsided. I don't know if it was because I was a woman or this virus going on but I definitely was overcharged. And I was so disappointed because it was plenty of people I talked to that was reasonable and reliable but I thought he was going to be a quick and reasonable job, WRONG. Make sure you communicate clearly before you hire this guy. So upset.
My HVAC unit stop working very abruptly and I couldn’t figure out the reason why. I called at least four other HVAC specialist between 12:00-12:30pm and Mayott was the only one who picked up immediately. Mayott was also the only one who could come out the same day and take a look. He offered great customer service, was extremely knowledgeable and fixed the unit within 24 hours of my initial call. Mayott prices are great and he is definitely our new HVAC guy. Highly recommend!!
I found Mayott's H&A on Facebook. I had been working on my tub faucet and just couldn't get the faucet to stop leaking. The dispatched tech, Rodriquez Lightfoot, arrived and resolved the issue in under an half hour. He is knowledgeable, fast, efficient, and overall nice person I would suggest his services to family, friends, and others. All around 5 stars!! Great work!! &G

Mr. Mayott was the only HVAC service provider to return my call on a Sunday morning when my air conditioning unit went out. Mr. Mayott showed up on time and provided great service! He did his due diligence to get my air conditioner working.
Services was great came out in a timely manner and was able to locate and fix the problem immediately. He was very nice and did a good job at making sure my air was working.
Mr Mayotte came to service my unit while I was out of town. He quoted my wife a price of 500.00 to refill with freon. After expressing to him that this price was too high for the service he constantly stated how he was the cheapest and the best quality. Then dropped his pricing closer to 400.00. Because of my elder mother in law and the stifling heat for the past few weeks I agreed to pay the price.
When I returned home days later I noticed that the air was worse that it was before and that my compressor was no longer running properly. I called Mr Mayott. He stated that he was " on vacation". And that he would try to get someone to come out and give me a call back soon after.
One week later still no call from Mayott. So I called a local professional hvac company. He diagnosed the error within minutes . Over charged with freon was the first diagnosis. While evacuating the freon he noticed that it in fact WAS NOT freon in the system. And that Mayott heating and air had essentially destroyed my system.
3.5 ton 12.5 seer if far from cheap to replace. Let my misfortune in dealing with this company be your lesson. Find out what people are putting into your system and never go with one that is unable to support your needs when it comes to customer service as well as backing up thier own work.

Scott is the man to call when you have any HVAC issues. He will give you and honest assessment, a very reasonable price, and seek to keep you as a long term customer. I’ve worked with a number of companies over the years and this one is by far the best.
I called Mayott to check a leakage in my AC unit. The drain pan was over flowing because the drain pipe was clogged up. He solved the problem and told me to pour 1/4 cup of bleach in the drain pipe once a month to prevent this from happening again. I was very satisfied. The service charge was fair.
